Misleading returns policy.

I ordered a watch band from this website, and it arrived on time as promised. Unfortunately, it was the wrong colour. The website mentions a "prompt returns service, and hassle-free process" but I reached out via email five days ago and haven’t received a reply yet. Meanwhile, I keep getting emails asking me to review the product, which I already have, but still no response on the return.

I'll update my review once I hear back and can exchange the item.
