Bunch of crooks. Took £25 out of my account for no reason. I know they'll hide behind the credit company, but it's their choice of supplier, so their fault. Never trust them.

Won't provide renewal quote
Got van insurance last year, paid in full before the policy started, towards the end of the policy I upgraded my van to a newer model & paid the extra £120 to transfer over for the remainder of my policy so all fine with me.
Got a renewal email telling me that they were unable to provide a quote to renew.
Called customer services to ask why they didn't give me a renewal quote as I'm 48 years old with an extra year no claims & they couldn't even tell me why.
I would have just let the renewal happen & pay upfront again to save time on getting renewal quotes.
I am now with another company & will never use go skippy again for my van, my car, my son & my daughters cars as it seems that they don't want my business.
Then they had the cheek to send me an email saying they were sorry to see me leave, outstanding!

They are not good
They are not good. They have repeatedly tried to take multiple payments from me with no explanation or reasoning and then they cannot justify themselves why they tried to take it, even after i cancelled them with the phone call stating that i do not need to pay anything more. DO NOT GO WITH THEM if you want good insurance. Yeah definitely do not continue with these guys as well if you want good insurance. They are pure money grabbers.

Awful, I have been with Go Skippy Insurance for almost 2 years and because I am no longer needing a car they are charging me over £100 cancellation of policy fee, terrible.

Not the best
The company seems generally cheap however the helplines and chat bot are poor quality and of bare assistance. I wanted to cancel my car insurance policy as I sold the car and it cost me £110.

I had a emrancy Sergey and I was paying monthly but I missed 1 payment. And instead of me paying twice they outright stopped my insurance.
And I had to pay a fee to cancel the insurance which was not my fault.

Absolutely standard cheap provider.
Absolutely standard cheap provider.
No frills. No driving other cars (despite parts of their website saying it's offereed). No negotiation on renewals when they offer a 20% bump with no claims made.
The RAC cover they add also had me stood at the side of the road for over 7 hours waiting for a pickup.
I can't recommend them as being good in any way, but if you're looking for cheap and they're the cheapest (and you don't need to drive anyone else's car) then why not?

Policy ends in 4 months
They said I'll have to continue paying which is £80pcm Plus additional £450
New car in lower insurance group.
Got different provider with new policy at the same £80 PCM
Never again.
