Amazing Eyewear for Kids!

I recently bought a pair of flexible glasses for my 7-year-old from GoSmartEyewear, and I couldn't be happier. The frame is incredibly lightweight and durable—perfect for an active child who's always on the move. The fit was comfortable right out of the box, and the customer service was super responsive and helpful throughout the process.

What really stood out to me was the thoughtful design. My son has sensory sensitivities, so finding glasses that don’t pinch or feel rigid has always been a challenge. These were an instant win. Bonus points for the fast shipping and clear lens quality!

Highly recommended if you're looking for stylish, safe, and kid-friendly eyewear that lasts.

Very happy with my experience

I had trouble finding a reputable place to replace my broken frames (lots of bad reviews) but took my chances with gosmarteyewear.com. They were wonderful! First they contacted the distributor for me to see if they had the color I wanted in stock, and when the distributor was closed they followed up and called me back. Then I ordered the frames on their web site (easy) and received them in less than a week. Very, very happy with customer service and all around experience.

Sold me defective frames, then ghosted me.

Defective product, abysmal customer service. Bought a pair of "indestructible" kids' frames from gosmarteyewear.com which turned out to have a defective hinge; they were unwearable after just a few days of normal use. The frames alone cost $160 - fairly expensive compared to other options, but a price I was willing to pay to ensure that my child's eyeglasses are well-made and durable. Exchanging the frames once the defective hinge became apparent wasn't an option, as I'd already had prescription lenses put in at significant additional expense, and my child cannot be without his glasses. I called GoSmartEyewear's customer service number to see if they could send me a replacement for the bad part (a piece of flexible molded plastic that probably costs a few cents). Was told to send photos of the defect by email, which I did. Received a reply that they would "get back to me next week". No one ever did. I sent multiple follow-ups, no response. I had to scavenge parts off my kid's old frames so that he was able to continue wearing his new glasses. Also, the strap that came with the frames broke within a few days, so that is currently held together with electrical tape. Classy, right? I've bought frames by the same manufacturer from other vendors in the past and never had these issues, even after many months of wear. Makes me wonder if I was sold knockoffs or returned/defective frames as new. Bottom line: if you don't want to risk getting stuck with busted glasses after paying a premium price for durable, name-brand frames, I suggest buying from a trusted local optical shop or an online retailer that stands by the products they sell and doesn't just ignore their customers when issues arise.
