AWEFUL COMPANY AND SERIVCE

I have had taken payments using the checkout method on GOSOLO, and all my payments have been withheld for a very long time, it has changed from 1 day to 20 days!!. i keep emailing them and i am being ignored. i am even contacting them over their WhatsApp and even the direct owners WhatsApp since i have managed to get his number from my own investigation. This is affecting my business because i am unable to take payments and i had to refuse customers services as i was unable to charge them. I am now issuing this company 24 more hours to respond to my email. If this is not actioned I will visiting the office and taking the case to court

I sent money from my personal account…

I sent money from my personal account and I can't use it, the card is blocked and no one is answering to refund my money, they never answer, they just send the email and wait a long time, they should be removed from the market.

They have deceitful advertising

They have deceitful advertising. They don't form companies for free. In fact, they form companies for over 10x the amount of submitting the request to companies house (£13, while their minimum charge is £199)

Hi William, and thanks for your feedback. This must be a misunderstanding, our latest prices are available here: https://gosolo.net/pricing . Our current fee for Company Formation + Business Account is £29 which is LESS than the Companies House charge of £50. The £199 fee includes a Serviced Business Address which is an extra service and you don't need it if you are registering your business to your home address of already have a business address

Amazing

I haven't been with Go Solo very long, but so far they have been amazing. The platform, the people and the customer support have been amazing.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Having a bad experience nothing much has changed. No matter how many time you send them information and emails they never respond not even a acknowledge to confirmation email. This really is one to avoid.

Avoid using this bank

This used to be a great bank. In the last month for unknown reasons they’ve started delaying every payment I try to process. This has caused deep embarrassment to me and damaged my company’s good name. I am taking the matter up with the banking ombudsmen

Urgent: Payment Processing Delay - Immediate Resolution Required

Dear GoSolo Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am writing to express my concern regarding the delay in processing my payment with the references YB0007810 and YB000789, which I initiated on 19th June. The current status has remained unchanged, indicating that the payment is still processing. According to your standard processing time, this should typically take up to 2 hours, with a maximum of 3 working days in rare cases. However, it has now been significantly longer.

I have attempted to contact your team via email but have not received any response. This delay is causing considerable inconvenience, and I kindly request your immediate attention to resolve this matter.

Please update me on the status of my payment at your earliest convenience.

They are scam

They are scam
We trusted them and opened a business account they blocked our money without notice , ignoring all our emails not even a single update or respect to respond to the emails for the past 2 months and not even providing us with company bank statements
We will be reporting them to FCA and court order to be issued
Watch out !!

Fraud. Can't access the account. It has been over one year they are holding my £2500 and no response. Contacting FCA now.
