We absolutely adore SOMEGA, the mango flavour is delicious the kids would take the whole bottle if they could,,we mix it with our porridge,our Greek yogurt,wev made ice lollies and also just take it off the spoon.so versitile and a great way to get some goodness into the kids 🤩

I have just reordered liposomal magnesium. It has helped my quality of sleep,when I wake after a few hours I find it's helping to relax back to sleep. Mark and Paula are so helpful and efficient. Super products.
