Without sending something they took 54euro from my credit card as an membership. I didnt ask for this and i would like my money back quick, but only if i would give them a 5 star review then i could get a refund from Elsa (the escalation team employer) now i got news for you dont try to steele from a thief, comprende Elsa? By complete mistake on my side I seemed to have applied for membership to your services and the full amount of 62€ has been deducted from my creditcard. Immediately I have sent you a request to cancel everything and I never used any of your services. After some mails backwards and forewards I now have received your confirmation that my membership is cancelled and exceptikoonally the fee will be returned in full to my creditcard account Great service and thank you for your understanding

Long resolution process
I appreciate that there is immediate reply from the Customer Service team and that the reply is courteous and respectful. However, the resolution process takes so long and I have to talk to different agents who ask for the same information from me despite sending this previously. I also did not sign up for this service. What was advertises in Facebook was for Watsons samples which was then erroneously linked to this page. This is misleading customers.
