The lack of response to my requests about an upcoming policy renewal

Superscript doesn't response any emails & phone calls about my upcoming policy renewal.

・The renewal date is 19th May
・Nobody has responded to my requests since April
・They keep updating my upcoming renewal payment without communication

Please reply immediately to communicate about my renewal contract. Otherwise, I prefer to cancel from the next period.

Spent 2 days trying to get through

Spent 2 days trying to get through, all I want to do is update my policy. Can't cancel either. If I phone they say email, if I email they say phone. Let's hope I never have to claim. Will cancel when I finally get through.

Very poor service and difficult…

Very poor service and difficult cancellation process

I had a very bad experience with this business insurance provider. Nobody answers the phone, and emails are not responded to properly. It is extremely difficult to get any support when you need help.

The most frustrating part was when I tried to cancel the policy. Instead of making the process straightforward, they made it very difficult and tried to pressure me into staying. I also felt that the charges were unfair during the cancellation process.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

From what we can see, you bought your policy online just after midnight and received your documents straight away. We also tried to call you a few times the next morning, but weren’t able to get through. When you reached out later in the day, our team did manage to connect and help you directly.

That said, it’s clear things didn’t feel smooth or easy from your side — especially when you were trying to access your documents and talk to someone. That’s not the experience we aim to give, and we take that seriously.

On cancellation, we aim to be clear about how it works and any charges involved, but we know this can still feel frustrating in the moment. We’ll take your feedback on board as we keep working to make this clearer and more straightforward.

Took my money, no confirmation email

I have messaged customer services saying I didn't get a confirmation email about the insurance product I bought (even though the money has left my account and I have received an email asking me what I thought of the service) and I am yet to receive a response from them. But they keep asking me for my opinion on how they've done...

Quotations process

During the quotations process, I asked three or so questions regarding a business insurance quote, to ensure it was what we required - no response from our adviser, customer service or complaints team, all emailed separately. During the quotations process itself I had to ring for an update on where they were before I even received the quote. Appalling customer service, no idea how it's so highly rated.
