I ordered two bottles of Evivo “Infant Probiotic + Vitamin D3 (B. infantis EVC001)” intended for children under 3 years old. This is a very expensive product (around 150 USD per bottle), and since I had to order it from the United States to Europe, the total cost also included international shipping and customs charges.
The original shipment arrived with both bottles defective, as liquid was leaking from under the caps even though the safety seals appeared intact. After I reported the issue, the seller agreed to send a replacement.
However, the replacement shipment created another serious problem. One of the bottles arrived with a broken safety seal, which makes the product unusable according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The manufacturer clearly states that the probiotic must not be used if the safety seal is broken or missing, because there is no way to verify when the bottle was opened or whether the product was stored properly. This is especially critical for a probiotic intended for infants.
Instead of resolving the issue, the seller tried to shift the responsibility to customs inspection, claiming the seal must have been broken by customs. This explanation makes little sense. I have previously ordered the exact same product from GoSupps multiple times, and all shipments also went through customs and always arrived intact and properly sealed. More importantly, regardless of who opened the product, the fact remains that the bottle was delivered unsealed and unsafe for use.
What was most surprising was that the seller insisted the product could still be used even with a broken safety seal, which directly contradicts the manufacturer’s instructions and basic safety standards for infant products. Suggesting that parents should use an already opened probiotic for a small child is simply unacceptable.
Eventually I had to resolve the situation through a bank chargeback, through which I successfully recovered the money for the defective item. It is just unfortunate that the seller chose to avoid responsibility and waste time instead of simply refunding a clearly defective product.
Overall, this was a very frustrating experience. When selling health products for infants, especially probiotics with strict storage and safety requirements, basic responsibility and customer care should be expected. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

My order #2500359375 and 2500359367. I was notified one of the packages would be delivered March 2nd. No package. A message on my order form says: Please pay your duty taxes here. Imagine my surprise ! the 2 packages of tea is already costing approx $100 +. You should have mentioned an additional fee. This is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! I tried several times to speak with a human being. No success. Can someone contact me or refund my funds!!!

Unreal customer care.
Got charged 12 euro for disbursement fee by FedEx.
Contacted GoSupp, and they refunded it and told me to contact them regards future supplier to change delivery company.

Title: Avoid if you are in Europe - Hidden customs fees and poor refund policy
Review: I had a very frustrating experience with GoSupps. I ordered a product for €60, but later decided I didn't want it. Instead of a full return, they only offered a 60% partial refund if I kept the item. I agreed, thinking it would be a fair compromise.
However, nobody warned me about the hidden costs. Now, weeks later, I received an invoice from FedEx for an additional €20.94 in customs duties and handling fees. In the end, between the lost 40% of my refund and these new taxes, the "deal" turned out to be a total waste of money. There is a complete lack of transparency regarding import fees for European customers. I do not recommend this store.
