Bought items that came to a total of $40USD on their website and now I'm waiting on a tracking code. I checked out their Facebook page and it's run by someone in Hong Kong, which is interesting seeing as people said responses were in korean. I wish I read reviews before purchasing from this website, I'll update as the situation changes and if it turns out fine or actually goes horribly wrong.

DO NOT USE GOTAMOCHI KAWAII SHOP. Wish I had read the reviews before using these people. Ordered months ago, still haven't received all of my order and they do not respond to emails. The jumper/sweatshirt that I have received are really poor quality, in fact nothing on this site is genuine. Clothing looks so bad I wouldn't want to wear it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, really not worth the hassle, these people should not be allowed to sell their fake goods.

My dada purchased an Army Bomb v.3 for me as a Christmas present and we did not receive it till April (also no tracking number). They also FALSELY ADVERTISED, saying that the lightstick is official and comes with bluetooth; but what I received was OBVIOUSLY FAKE. I payed $50 dollars for something probably made for $10 or less. Also, my dad is paying the price of someone stealing his credit card info; where THOUSANDS of DOLLARS are being used in his name. I'm not directly pointing the finger at Gotamochi; but something is definitely SKETCHY about this site.

My mom gave me 100 dollars to purchase bts merchandise so I came across this website and it’s a complete scam I wasted over 50 dollars on this website when my things never came it’s a COMPLETE SCAM!!!!

I bought a BTS shirt, and now it never came. It's been about 6 months since I've ordered it, and now it says someone bought another one with my credit card. I think they steal your information, and use it. Don't buy from this store, it's a scam.

It took a month to get here but it did come from across the world. I’m happy with what I got. I ordered a sweatshirt and it’s good quality. I also got a free bracelet and pin!

Do not shop here. You will never get your merchandise. I had to submit a dispute through my credit card to get a refund. Irresponsible company!

DON'T BY FROM GOTAMOCHI

Due to being on a very limited budget, I rarely get to order things for myself, but after much debate, I decided to purchase their koi shirt as I had been looking for the best price/place to get one. Unfortunately, I didn't find these reviews until -after- I ordered. At first, they were very receptive, letting me know I'd get a tracking id in a few days once it landed in my country via email. I waited, and waited, on the last day of when I 'should' have gotten one I sent another email to follow up.

That is when they didn't bother replying back, and four days later (well past their 1-3 days max promise totaling up to waiting over a week for a tracking ID), here I am writing this review. I am on a disability budget as I cannot work currently so even $35 or so is a fairly big expenditure but I just wanted to get a treat for myself. To have that money taken from me and be left high and dry is disgusting and very upsetting, and while it is not as big of a 'loss' compared to amount some other people have spent it leaves yet another reason why not to trust this company.

DO NOT BUY FROM GOTAMOCHI!! Spend a little extra and go to a reputable site so you avoid being ripped off, scammed or receiving poorly made knockoffs. Time to go ask my CC company to do a chargeback.

Wish I had found these reviews earlier I ordered an item a month ago. Finally got a notification that the item was sent to me. Problem is I never got it and the tracking system said it was delivered to a random mailbox all the way across the country! I sent three emails and NO RESPONSE. I will be contacting my credit card company for a full refund and will NEVER order through this company again.

This shop is a scam. I spend $450 at this website. Now they took the money from my account but I still haven’t receive all. I was waiting for so long but nothing came. I called them and they were speaking korean then they email me and said the order will come soon, now I only received 3 stuff but all of the stuff was fake and still haven’t receive all the stuff. They were really bad quality hopes no one buy this stuff.

The prices were cheap and affordable but the wait was ridiculous. **My story wasn't as bad as others though. So I ordered my items on May 4th all at the same time, but they each delivered at a separate times. The first thing I ordered was a BTS love yourself sweatshirt, but I wasn't paying attention and got a large when I am a small. So I continuously emailed them and called them to change it to a small, they never answered any of my calls, text messages, or emails. It finally delivered on June 4th and it was a small (Thank God) it. Next my Suga keychain delivered on June 22nd and it was in okay condition. Then my Koya bracelet delivered on June 24th and it was BROKEN. Like when I put it on, the hinge has no spring so i can't even wear it cause it will keep falling off. Don't order from gotamochi I probably had one of the best experiences from that store and it was still a poor one. If your looking for cheaper prices, I recommend buying from Amazon or some better franchise.

I ordered a army box for $80. I was excited to get it. When I ordered it, I never got an email saying that I ordered it. That was a big red flag that I didn't notice. It was three months later and I never got an email saying that it shipped. I contacted the website and nothing happened. I kept calling the LA number and no answer. I finally contacted my bank saying it was a scam and was trying to get my money back. I never got an email saying my tracking number, so that was a problem. We are still trying to get my money back, but BEWARE! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

if i could give a negative star i would.
this is a total scam. everything you have read below is true. they string you along until you have to get your bank involved. i would be amazed if they make a profit with all of the refunds they should have to issue.
RUN!!!! They are cashing in on the Kpop status and taking advantage of people. BTS's Army should make sure this site is taken down.
I spent $105 and received nothing but a promise of a tracking number and a refund text that means nothing. I called my bank and they are processing the refund through a claim I filed against this site. I have called their LA number and no one ever answers that number.

Ask your bank to refund your money. They will. The more you do this, the worse it will get for them.

Total scam!

The quality of the BTS hoodies is terrible! Absolutely inferior goods! No order entry in the account, no number - this was requested. After notification of the transfer data comes even after 6 mails no reaction. Fraud!

This website is horrible. I made a purchase 2 weeks ago for this BTS sweatshirt called Bantang universe premium Hoodie size medium. It cost $54.91 and I have been totally scammed. They said I would receive a tracking number but I never did. I tried calling them and emailing them but they NEVER ANSWER. I hope the police take down this site.

Do not get this or order from website the people have been horrible and I said I wanted to cancel my order and they sent it anyway and made me continue the process. I am so absolutely disgusted. It’s not official Merch and I have been scammed $50. I have saved up for a while just to get this and to be treated this way upsets me I hope no one else buys anything from this website I highly do not recommend this website

Total scam. I paid $130 for army bombs three weeks ago. No tracking number, no communication. Stay away from this site

Agree with the other person. Daughter ordered shoes through them in December! This is March 22, and still no product, after repeated assurances that the product would be shipped. Total scam, and now that I am insisting they send a refund, no communication from them since.

BEWARE OF THIS SELLER!!! I payed for an army box valued on 75$ on January, 2019. Its March 22, 2019 and I still haven't received a response on when my item is gonna be shipped or if they are going to reimburse my money....
