Why can't I have a 0 star

Why can't I have a 0 star? This company is total crap and con you out of money by getting yo to sign up inadvertantly and then debiting your account EVERY TWO WEEKS! Luckily I spotted the first one and cancelled it. They said in one breath that I hadn't ticked the Ts&Cs and can't process and register without that, but still say they can take payment because I didn't cancel within 3 days of signing up. AVOID THIS COMPANY

Read the small print!!

This company uses ads to sign you up to a subscription when you think you are buying a product. Be very careful, I was conned out of nearly £35 and then they said it was my own fault. No reimbursement, not at all helpful
