I have been using GoTenant for over 2 years and it has made my life much easier. It is easy to use and provides good value for money. When I need help support is always there. It has saved me a lot of time managing the properties and tenants and taken away a lot of stress. Getting new tenants on board is a breeze and no longer do you have to worry about making sure you have sent all the legal documents.
The only software we used to manage our HMOs. It just works well. Very simple to use and great responsive support should you need it. If you are wondering whether to try it, the answer is yes.
We've been using GoTenant for a few months now. It's straightforward and easy to use, with training and support on hand for any issues that might arise. We love the fact that it's easily customisable with our own messaging, making it more personal for our tenants.

Have used Go Tenant for my first HMO.
As with any new system took a bit of getting used to but now wouldn’t be without it. From the initially booking of viewing to creating the AST and to check in the system makes the whole process a lot easier.
There is a helpline that is very responsive and helpful
Would recommend this to any new or old landlord as it makes managing property a whole lot easier

Spent ages putting everything in and the form crashed on submission, losing everything (413 Request Entity Too Large).
May I suggest that you implement some auto-save logic on these forms, and possibly breaking them down so that images are submitted separately. Huge monolithic forms don't make for a good experience.
EDIT:
Despite earlier teething problems I managed to get the property listed and the site looks pretty good. Will see how it goes.
