good news, paid by debit card

I also brought tickets via this company, realised a day before my partners birthday that it was a scam! A very clever one to, I checked the website throughly without clocking on that it was a copycat website, to goticketsusa! I have been saving for months! 😡
But good news is, I reported straight to my bank and days later money back into my account! Please all make sure you do the same, I only paid with a debit card and thought my money was gone, but NatWest was fast at getting my money back. There is hope!

Looks like a Pot Noodle instead..

£300 down at the moment and too expensive to buy replacements,,,. Anyone have any spares????

I'm unsure whether to congratulate the sneaky scoundrels or sort the help of a Witch Doctor for revenge...

1 star too good for them

1 star too good for them. Paid for tickets to see Robbie last December. Tried last week to contact them and similar response to others. None!! LONDON STADIUM said they had had others on phone checking if they were legitimate told they weren't. Managed to buy 2 more tickets through ticket master. Luckily I paid for original tickets by credit card and they have already refunded me the £291 I had paid. I hope they will be prosecuted

Booked Robbie Williams tickets for me …

Booked Robbie Williams tickets for me and my girlfriend back in December 2016, for his gig in London this weekend, 23rd June. Paid £291.00 for 2 tickets. Sent them an email in May as the tickets still hadn't arrived. Had a rely via email stating tickets would be sent out to me, via recorded delivery, 7 - 10 days before the event. Tried to contact them again this week (6 days before the event). Their website is no longer in existence, and there is just an automated message on their telephone line stating that their offices are closed over the weekend (even though I was contacting them on a Monday!!)
Absolute scammers. Fraudsters. Parted with good money and have been looking forward to the event for over 6 months. Now ruined. Shocking

Absolute SCAM!!

I also just had to report them to action fraud. Bought 2 adele tickets for £293 for 2nd July. Had no communication apart from the confirmation email when purchase was complete. emails now bounce back and phone number goes to answer phone when trying to find out when tickets will be dispatched. After reading many comments and seeing them on the Action Fraud website, I realized that we had been scammed and my 30th birthday present was ruined by these low life scammers.

I emailed them at end of may to check how my tickets would be arriving and that Vanessa emailed back lieing through her horrible teeth that I would receive my tickets 10-14days prior to the event!! Robbing scammers no tickets for Robbie …

Robbing scammers no tickets for Robbie Williams on the 23rd June and website closed down. We need action to stop these companies. The average person has to use them as it's impossible to obtain good tickets elsewhere. I believe when tickets go on sale they should not be sold on to ticket companies who profit from people if you. It a ticket and can't go you should be able to get a refund to give someone else the chance. I'm gutted regarding this !!

Another review of this dreadful …

Another review of this dreadful thieving and dishonest company that has obviously been set up to rip as many customers off as possible before they shut down their website and ignore any phone calls or emails sent to them. I paid £126 for 2 x Tom Jones tickets for sherwood pines, neither tickets have arrived and now no contact, leaving me no choice but to try and get my money back from my credit card company. I hope that the scumbags behind this company have their come uppance asap. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Extreme Note to the directors of this company :

IF YOU HAVE NOT GOT THE TICKETS TO SEND, THEN REFUND HONEST PEOPLE'S MONEY BACK YOU THIEVING B**TARDS !!!!
