Another simple booking
I have used this company on more than 1 occasion and every time it has meet my expectations. The experience has been accommodating and faultless. Will continue to use if ticket prices remain sensible and not too expensive as is the general case with some other ticket brokers.

Robbie Williams tickets booked and paid for in February as an anniversary present for my wife who is a mad Robbie Williams fan and has been desperate to see him.
But I received an email yesterday (when their offices were closed) to tell me they were refunding my money due to a problem with allocation of seats by their supplier.
This is after I had chased up delivery of the tickets several times.
They promise that most tickets will be received 14 days before the event, but no later than 7 days before, which was last Saturday!
I phoned them up on 18th May chasing up delivery, to be told my tickets would be arriving with them the following day. They would then be sent out first class and I will receive either on the 19th or 21st.
This didnt happen.
I then received a text message on 22nd May apologising for delay and telling me they will receive them from their supplier on 26/5/17 and will then be dispatched within 24hrs!!
Then the email on Bank holiday Monday telling me that they were giving me a refund.
Absolutely disgusting behaviour
And I have now been holding on the phone for 1hr 20mins waiting to speak to their customer services who clearly don't want to answer any phone calls.
I shall be taking this to trading standards and the Concert Promotion Association.
Do not buy tickets from these people.

Good ticket company to use, the site is easy to navigate and book online. My only grip is tickets are sent out very close to the event which can be frustrating at times, however they always turn up.

Gotickets was accommodating for a group booking for Robbie Williams. I had to complete this booking over the telephone but on the whole a pleasant experience. Would recommend this company for large bookings and good customer services!!

I made a mistake on my Take That booking and put an incorrect address somehow. Called customer services and a nice young lady called Vanessa rectified this problem for me, and resent a copy of my confirmation emails with the correct details within 10 minutes. A big thank you to Vanessa.
No problems booking!
I had to make an alteration to collect my tickets at the venue box office which was simple to request after I made my booking. Customer services are very efficient and dealt with my request appropriately. Was sent information on collection a week before the event and everything went smoothly on collection!

I booked with this company to see Robbie Williams in Manchester 6 months before the concert and 4 days before they emailed me to say that my seats had been oversubscribed and they had issued a refund. How they are allowed to take your money and then resell your seats is an absolute disgrace. It seems to be common practice with this company. Think twice before using this GO TICKETS

Can't believe company has cancelled tickets when apparently tickets for Robbie are still available on the site. Too easy guys to send a little text and email. It's not too late late to sort this mess. We don't have hotels booked but many do. As a company you need to do more even though your small print covers you.

Well what a heavyweight fight of the decade. Absolutely awesome fight and received some excellent seats from Go Tickets. Booked online at short notice and received my tickets when said. No problems and received a smooth booking!

After the initial booking was made he had to contact them again as 2 old friends wanted to be added to the booking and he was chuffed they sorted it all out within 10 minutes on the phone. Hats off to this company.

Concert on Saturday, got an e-mail today saying full refund as oversubscribed. No reason given and no response on contact number and e-mail undeliverable.
Use Ticketmaster
Never use this company as they are a disgrace my Robbie Tickets have been cancelled due to oversubscribing from the company they purchased the tickets from. Any one still needing tickers use getmein.com they are part of Ticketmaster. I have two tickets but are not as good as the ones I booked originally 7 months ago, beggars can't be choosers.
