Sometimes the charger doesn’t work. I have to take the magnetic head out of my phone and change it around.

I really liked the idea of the cable, sounds good in theory but in reality it just doesn’t work well enough in my opinion. Constantly reconnecting cable because connection isn’t strong enough.

Have tried numerous times to contact this company as my items have still not arrived. Will now unfortunately put in a PayPal dispute.

Love this product. So easy, leave all the heads in the devices and use the cables everywhere. No more looking for the correct cable for the correct device and no more jamming heads in and out of the device. Love them. I have about 6 now.

This is an excellent product, that works just as it should.

A good product, but disappointed that one of the cables broke after only a few days. I have tried contacting the business numerous times for a replacement to no avail. Poor customer service, unfortunately.

In my experience gotocable is the best place to purchase this amazing cable. Definitely its the only cable I’ll ever use from now on. No other cable comes even close. Just magnetise and charge. Not only that it’s also durable. This cable lasts for ages.

Easy to purchase, quick delivery and the cables work really well. Much easier to connect certain devices because you can leave the connection in the device, such as wireless headphones, and they connect quickly and charge efficiently.

Very bad service.
I received my order and one of the cable is faulty and I have send the picture with the faulty Cable which I have paid for.
I received reply email advised that I will receive the replacement cable asap.
Almost two months and I still have not received my replacement cable.
It is very very very bad service and I will not introduce anyone to buy anything from this company.

Charging disconnects sometimes on its own

I thought this concept was great. Unfortunately the conncection often doesn't work. Many times I thought my phone was on charging only to come back later and find it hadn't connected. I'm not a fussy customer so thought, no problem, I just needed to double check to make sure it's connedcted before leaving it.

However the unforgivable sin of this product is that the tip of the charger plug has broken off inside my phone. Not once but twice. The first time, being the forgiving customer that I am, I thought maybe it's just a once off so I gave it another go. More fool me! A second one broke off this morning. Unless you want to spend hundreds getting your phone repaired AVOID THIS PRODUCT. It's substandard. It's not worth the risk.

Thought the concept looked good but unfortunately the electronic connection works spasmodically , the magnetic connection is fine ,
I sometimes have to move the cable around to get a electronic connection ?
Cannot be more honest than that?

Been using the Go To Cable for a couple of months now and they are so convenient no more trying to plug the adaptor into the what you want to charge
be it the phone, portable speaker, tablet just let the magnet do the work.

I love the charging cables and the prompt delivery is great.

Truly amazing product, shared family pack with my son. It is is worth getting the correct connector for each of your devices.
