Brought a sds drill said a came with case but it arrived with just the drill contacted them but no response avoid this company

This is disgusting they take your money and you can’t email them, they are laughing all the way to the bank, becareful its not just hand held vacuums, I’m not buying anything off the Facebook page ever again its not monitored. So don’t buy from GOTOPTOOLS! total SCAM #

Orded shark hand held hoover didn't receive item but money taken tracking states delivered but this is a lie. Absolutely disgusting that I am unable to contact anyone at the company after numerous emails and don't know how to claim money back

Have paid for a hand held vacuum but hasn't arrived - when contacting the email provided I receive a bounce back email.

In short - there is no-one to speak to get my money back

Unable to contact anyone at the company and don't know how to claim money back

I too ordered a hand held shark but sadly this has not arrived. Can I claim this back through my bank?

Looks like I also have been scammed. Ordered Shark hand held hoover via Instagram link. Site has now disappeared. Rotten scoundrels

Ordered teh shark handheld hoover but never received it. Fortunately i was able to do a chargeback on my CC. Looks like they've pulled their website now. Avoid.

Do not order from this company, I got scammed, took money from my account and I didn’t receive item.

Said they tried delivering today. Nothing ordered item on the 12/9, followed tracking, from China..
Like everyone else this company is a total SCAM.

We ordered a handheld shark hoover, received email saying they would be shipping package shortly & received no package and no emails. When i visited site today it has gone.Digusted that i purchased this item through Instagram as i have many times ITS SHOCKING that this has happened !!!!!!!!

Scammers...closed the shop and website after they took my money, no items were received and now no way to contact them.

Ordered a hoover, waited ages… delivery address not found item has been returned.
Emails bounce back and the website has now closed down.
So I can only guess they will open it in a different trading name.

I will contact my back and open a fraud case

I’m sure they just delay the shipping to get more orders before the bad reviews flood in.

Ordered 2 shark handheld hoovers and they were never delivered & the customer service email address bounces back. They shouldn't be allowed to get away with this.

I ordered a Shark handheld vacuum, received a bracelet randomly and not vacuum, clearly a scam, should not be allowed to get away with it. How can they be stopped?

Like everyone else, I ordered a hoover and received a string bracelet - this company needs to be removed from all social media and needs closing down - TOTAL SHAM and do not be fooled by their professional looking website and ordering - something needs to be done about this!
