Had overall good experience finishing the course. Certificate was available online quickly. Some text is hard to understand. Pictures to explain concepts would help.

It was easy to use the class was great and it helped me in court. Also didnt hurt my wallet.

I was thoroughly surprised with how well taking the class actually worked out. At first, I was concerned that this wouldn't be certified by the state but it was and customer service was very quick to taking the call and answering the questions I had. The only hiccup I experienced was I had to pay an additional $25 to have the final exam proctored as it had to be done in an area with government employees; libraries, school, etc.

It was easy to do online .but I paid extra to get it in 2 days 25.00 extra and I didnt get it for almost a week in s half because I put both my address together po box / physical address .because it didnt say how it would come ..they didnt understand that and email me which I dont check my email daily and finally called me after 4 days .but it was not my fault and they WOULD NOT refund my 25.00 .I thought that was wrong .

Do not trust them to send the information to the county for verification as stated. They did not and I got charged a fine with warrant. Had to pay out even more money.

As an insurance agent I was excited to have a referral source for defensive driving for myself as well as my clients. I took the course as a personal citizen to see if it was easy and an efficient way to get a discount on auto insurance. I took the course and later learned that my insurance company would not accept because the course was identified as 'court related'. Customer service was unable to change the course that I had taken and was unable to refund my money. I double checked and there is NO way to get to the insurance discount course part of the website from the website that comes up when one googles GoToTrafficSchool.com. The only way was to go in via another http address. Obviously not very user friendly if one wants to refer a client. Maybe this is fixed now but I obviously have not referred anyone else to the site and won't in the future.

The school part was fine but I paid extra to get my certificate faster and never got it..... email or otherwise....
clerk fixed it to show where I completed school which I did... but the extra to expedite proof that I did was a RIPOFF

This was a great course... a very good "refresher" if you please. I think everyone should have to take it at some point, there are a lot of things that we tend to take for granted after so many years driving on the roads... I feel it was good to be reminded of them and become an even more conscientious, defensive driver! Thank you.

Seemed simple and straight forward enough. Payment was confusing.

Certificate not received by Court. Certificate of completion was sent to wrong address. It took an afternoon of phone calls on my part to correct the issue.
