Your order was placed over the weekend (28th march). It was despatched on Monday (30th March) with the postal service you had specified (48HR tracked). That means it was meant to be delivered on Wed 1 April.
The tracking of your order is: QM571418876GB and it was delivered today.
WE are perplexed why you think we deserve a 1 star rating for delivering to you exactly the service you requested.
Unless you are a competitor who wants to tarnish our brand.
1st time buying from The Goods
1st time buying from The Goods, but mistake I ordered the wrong products contacted customer on 2 occasions still awaiting a reply so I get a refund.
Based on this I am very disappointed hopefully they see this review and contact me.

Complete rip off! Received my CBD vape this afternoon and it’s ran out already! Usually use a different brand and thought I’d try THE GOODS, big mistake! Cost a little more than I pay for my regular CBD vape that lasts me a week or more. Received THE GOODS vape at 2 o’clock this afternoon and it’s ran out just after midnight. Plus there is basically no info on packaging or website that indicates how much is contained in the vape and how many puffs to expect. Only good thing I have to say is it tastes good and looks nice. It’s definitely style over substance with this product. Will never make this mistake again, would definitely recommend against anyone else wasting their money on THE GOODS CBD VAPES.

To provide some clarity, our vape pens are crafted with 0.5ml of uncut distillate and terpenes, without any PGVG or cutting agents. They are designed to be highly effective, so we recommend taking shorter draws rather than long puffs. Long draws can cause the pen to run out more quickly, as each pen’s lifespan is determined by personal usage and the size of each inhale. While some customers report getting as few as 35 draws, others enjoy up to 150 draws. These are not low-quality CBD vape pens that deliver 600+ puffs with diluted content.
If you’re looking for a longer-lasting option, we suggest trying our pods and reusable battery, which contain 1ml of live resin and may provide a more suitable experience.
We’re disappointed to see that you left a negative review without contacting us first, as we’re always here to help resolve any concerns or issues you may have. Big order, excellent products!!
I had a big order of £235 (14 items), there were no problems with the order, prompt delivery and excellent customer service. There is no substitute for the goods CBD wax/shatter. Amazing terpenes profiles and excellent effects. Would recommend and will be going back on a 3/4 weekly basis for a repeat order.

Amazing product with even better staff
I am a regular cannabis smoker and have recently been looking for ways to calm my anxiety and help with my sleep issues minus the THC as I find it’s starting to mess with my eating and mental health I got recommended the goods by someone in a cannabis community I’m a part of and I’ve gotta say this is the only CBD product that has actually done the job for me it helps me sleep helps me calm my anxiety if I’m feeling nervous and overall and amazing product I would highly recommended if you haven’t purchased already :)
