Restocking and customer service…

I ordered an AFE power commander called a scorcher through this company. After multiple phone calls with AFE it was determined I could not install it on my eco-diesel because of some factory brackets. I contacted Armageddon about a return, even though the product had never been installed and was in new condition, I was told there would be a 25% restocking fee and I had to pay for shipping. Seems a lot harsh for something I had no control over. Also, all their returns must be done through the website. There is no customer service phone number so that you can talk to anyone.
Before you order from this company, make sure you read their return policies. I will not order from them again.

Purchased Ridetech lowering complete kit…

Purchased a performance lowering system, which was noticeably lower in price than other competitors..even before the Memorial Day coupon.

I was concerned that a direct phone number wasn’t available, but received email replies within a day of sending. As their website mentions, if you’re concerned with availability or shipping timeframes, inquire before purchasing. I’m glad I made the purchase, and would recommend.

Terrible business practices.

Terrible business practices.

Ordered a red line product. 2 weeks later requested update.

They change my order status to awaiting shipment at this time.

I contact red line directly. Order the last unit of that product and am told it will be back ordered now.

Received that product tracking info

Still go turbo says my order is going to be shipped from Red Line.

Customer service guy is a very unprofessional and hides behind an "agreement" terms of service box you must check with processing payment stating they have unlimited time to fulfill their orders

Still waiting for an ‘in stock’ item 40…

Still waiting for an ‘in stock’ item 40 days after purchasing. Contacted the company via email , a week later they responded that the “status was updated”.
So now my order went from saying “Awaiting Fulfillment” to “Awaiting Shipment”. Total scam. Don’t waste your time or money here

I had to cancel an order

I had to cancel an order. They still haven't returned my money to my credit card. It should not be up to the customers to check to see if it's available or not. They don't like to respond to emails. It takes 30 days to get a refund if you get one. I will not order from these people again. They have the worst customer service I have ever seen.

Terrible company

Terrible company. I’ve only ordered a two items from them and had issues both times. First time I ordered some exhaust and it was cancelled and refunded 25 days later becuse they couldn’t get it. Also, sure and read all the bogus details on cancellations and restocking fees. I have a feeling this is where the company makes most it’s money. Also forget about customer service. No phone contact and only took them 15 days to respond to email, so their response is that I’ll be charged a 25% restocking on tires that probably wouldn’t be here for another month. Absolute trash.

You won't get your order

Hey Everyone, Customer service from goturbo.net is terrible. My experience was a significant delay in first getting information. Then order confirmation (they charged my card immediately) but seemed to delay ordering through the MFG and actually never confirmed the delivery after repeated requests until the point in which they canceled my order and telling me it was at least 6 more weeks (for going on 12) to get my parts. Customer service is only available via email. They are terrible giving true replies. I do not recommend them.

Ordered a few parts from them for a little over a Grand, parts were not only never shipped, I was told that the parts were not in stock and they could not give me a refund but instead store credit which I had no choice but to take it, ordered some other parts that they claimed had in stock and never received anything either, THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY IT LOOKS LIKE A HIT AND MISS OR THEIR GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE, DONT BOTHER GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Terrible communication. No shipping update.

Terrible communication. They charged my credit card, but didn't actually ship the part - they should not be charging you until the part actually ships. It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting for them to answer whether the part is in stock or backordered. The worst part is, they have a blue star on Google, which is supposed to mean something. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Wheels

I ordered some wheels from here. Everything is good except that it takes a while for them to reply to ur email. My wheels shipped from Welds Wheels so it took exactly 4 weeks to arrive. Turbo Net never told me these items r created as u place the order. Again, it took them 1 week to reply to my email. Other than that, i have no complains.

Don't know why all the negative reviews on here. 2 time's I ordered parts for my twin turbo setup and the parts came within a week. Awesome system.over 2 years and70000 miles and still going strong

scam website. Don’t bother

Ordered a catalytic converter from them and it took 4-5 months to show and they wouldn’t let me cancel due it being “special order” I then tried to return it due to the product not fitting my car and they won’t take the return. They’re in the business if ripping people off. They are scammers. Go to a real website and order real parts don’t bother with these people they will take your money and give you migraines.

Scam company

Scam company. Find your part elsewhere. They dont inform you that its going to take over a month to ship your item and wont let you cancel your order. But they dont mind taking that money out of your account immediately!
