I enjoy papa John's pizza. I recently ordered there Barbque chicken pizza. It was delicious the toppings were generous and evenly spread. The sauce on the pizza was the perfect amount. Ill eat at Papa John's again.

How is this business still operating? £40 for a order online to be delivered at 18:45 I’m told on the phone it’s cause of traffic, I could see on the app it took 40 minutes to cook and arrived at 19:14. I will never order again from this company.

Really good every time. Eindhoven We usually order Saturday before 6pm. Large stuffed crust and the piri chicken bites. Always delivered on time hot and delicious...keep up the good work

I ordered Sunday from Papa Johns in Amersfoort. The order never came, so we called to ask where they are. They said we dont deliver in that neighborhood therefore we will refund you the money. However über eats send us the invoice and the money was never refunded. I have called so many times to get our money back. Now they recognize our number and refuse to pick up. This is really theft and disgraceful. I would not recommend everyone to never order from Papa Johns in Amersfoort!

After 3 years of ordering from Papa John's ( Hilversum) we stopped ordering for a few months due to multiple issues (received wrong order, cold food, etc). Once we decided to give them another chance the website now states that they don't deliver to our area. We called the store and they agreed to deliver but we were not able to get the Deal price and would have to pay double the advertised price.
Unbelievable!!! We will never order from there again. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Like many people in these reviews, we ordered from the Spaarndammerstraat branch and never received the delivery. Despite calling them twice and speaking to Nadeen, we never got our pizza or got our money back, which I asked for. This is theft and quite unbelievable in this day and age. I have complained to their head office. Please don't order from here. This kind of service is illegal and immoral.

papa John, is so bad. Ordered a several times. And they always forget something. Forgot to cut the pizza, forgot the extra toppings, even forgot the whole order one time. Called them, they tried to push the issue to me. Very very frustrating costume service. Very bad location management in Zaandam. Orders too late all the time. And as I can see here. It’s not only Zaandam. But I’m not worried, New York pizza or domino’s is so much better.

Just don’t order at papa John’s. Enough pizza sellers out there. Boycot papa John’s. Such a horrible costumer service, bad management and not tasty food.

very bad service, we order a pizza in utrecht and it was never delivered. they closed down the restaurant but makes the app for purchase still available.
