Their delivery always takes 4 to 5 days (measured over 10 times) whilst they claim 2 to 3 days. Inluding shipping they aren't cheap either...never again.

Delighted to find a hard to find bottle…
Delighted to find a hard to find bottle in stock, overall a great experience but a couple of things could be improved, it took numerous attempts and different cards to make payment, it's frustrating, when my first order arrived I received 2 miniature Gin samples, thank you! But I was perplexed to see the 2 samples wrapped in a lot of bubble wrap and my order, a €160 bottle of scotch just lying in the bottom of the box, I think it too should of had a bit of bubble wrap on it considering it was travelling from Spain to Ireland. Other than those things everything was great. From ordering to delivery at my house took around the 10days.

They trick you and when you complain they ignore you. They respond quickly with a very unsatisfactory answer that in no way addresses your issue, and when you don't accept their awful response, they ignore you.
