Wondered if it is a bonafide company. Ordered my selection. Gave my cc. Checked order and none of it was what I ordered. Customer service seemed helpful. Canceled order. Then when I made my order the amount totalled well beyond cost of food choice. Now I want a refund. Told it will take 10 working days

It's extremely expensive and the food is not to a good standard.

Just to say I have not received my delivery yet.

On the 7th of July I placed an order for delivery to Cork City on the Sunday from the drop down menu. The whole reason I chose GourmetFuel was because I work long shifts during the week, and wouldnt be available to take a chilled food package during the week as I would be at work.

At no point in the confirmation emails did it say when the delivery was set for, which I thought at the time was a bit suspect. I recieved a call this morning saying could they deliver on Wednesday instead of Thursday, and I said I had put in Sunday. She told me I had not. I asked after could it be changed to Sunday, to which she said yes.

Recieved another call a few minutes later to say it could not.

This service isn't cheap by any means, I would expect more clarity around arguably the most important part, if not the selling point of the service - which is convenience. If it can't be delivered on a day where it is convenient, I would have chosen an alternative prior to my payment being taken.

Having a new baby less than 12 months the food from gourmet fuel is not obly very convenient when you have little time to make anything, but it’s very tasty. The chicken dinners I ordered were of very good quality and have great flavour.

Customer service is fantastic and answered very quickly and answered everything I queried.

Delivery service is amazing as you can pick whatever date you would like the food to arrive and then you can track the arrival. Overall very happy with gourmet fuel and I have ordered the last number of times and il continue to.

Food is so good, and plenty of meat, not just bulk. I order my lunches for the month and freeze tham and they are always delish. I had an issue with delivery, sent in a complaint and very quikly GF contacted me to resolve. Have used years before and find I always come back when I loose inspiration.

I started ordering meals from gourmetfuel last year and it was the best thing I did. I went with a calorie plan and always found there was a great selection of foods to choose from. For someone who never ate breakfast I couldn’t wait to get up in the mornings for my breakfasts! I found my energy levels went up and my skin looked great. I loved the breakdown of nutrition per meal on the packet sleeve. I lost a stone slowly over 3 months and have kept the weight off since. Great online service and deliveries are well packed in a cooler bag with ice packs.
