DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

In February 2025, we paid Gov-Certs (Ryan) USD $900 to assist with our DBE certification. After receiving our payment, Ryan completely stopped responding to our emails and calls. We contacted him multiple times over several months, but he ignored every message. No service was ever provided.

We had to complete the DBE application ourselves, losing valuable time and suffering delays that impacted our business. Gov-Certs took our money and disappeared. This is not just poor service—it is fraudulent behavior that preys on small businesses seeking government certification.

We have now filed complaints with the Florida Attorney General and the FTC. If you are considering using Gov-Certs for your certification needs, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Look for reputable consultants with proven track records and real client references.

Paid $2,000, No Service, No Response – Avoid This Business!

I hired Gov-Certs (Ryan) in 2022 to assist with my DBE/ACDBE certification and paid $2,000 for the service. After receiving my payment, Ryan completely stopped responding. I reached out multiple times over several months via email (July, October, December 2024) but got no response. I even sent formal demand letters requesting a refund, which he ignored. Because of Ryan’s failure to provide services, I had to complete my application myself, costing me valuable time and delaying my certification. This was a complete waste of money, and I believe Gov-Certs is a fraudulent company that preys on small businesses seeking government certification. I have now filed fraud complaints with the Florida Attorney General and the FTC and will be taking legal action to recover my funds. If you are considering using Gov-Certs for your certification needs, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Look for reputable consultants with a history of delivering results and responding to clients.
