My husband and I planned our honeymoon to Thailand through Goway Travel, and we were absolutely blown away by how seamless and organized everything was. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and the entire trip went off without a hitch!

We were especially impressed with the amazing tour guides we had along the way. Their knowledge, stories, and passion added so much depth to our experience—we truly wouldn’t have learned as much without them. Two of our favorites were Mr. Tee and Mr. Sit, both of whom were incredibly energetic, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our trip unforgettable.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience and would highly recommend Goway Travel to anyone planning a trip to Thailand!

We wanted a special trip to Peru to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary and with the help of Karen from Goway Travel we experienced something incredibly special indeed! Firstly, we had no idea that we could plan a unique personal tour just for the two of us! With Karen's help, we planned out every detail that we wanted included in our itinerary modifying things as we went along. She was very patient and helpful as we moved through the planning process until we were completely satisfied with the trip plans. From the moment we arrived at the airport in Lima, we had a personal guide and driver taking us to our first hotel and reviewing the details of our trip. We had personal guides at every place we went with pickup and return service to our hotel. The most spectacular and memorable moments were in Machu Picchu! Our guide was not only very knowledgeable but also very creative at taking our pictures in such a majestic place and that is something we will keep forever!
The coordination between the different guides and drivers at the different locations was relatively seamless. We always felt safely guided everywhere we went. I highly recommend Goway Travel and will definitely use them in the future!

Our group of 20 just returned from a fabulous trip to Thailand (Bangkok, Chiang Mai, and Phuket)! The process from start to finish was beautifully facilitated by Suzette Castro at Goway. She made sure that as group leader I had all of the information necessary to create a wonderful experience for my group. The local Thailand suppliers were also incredible! We will absolutely book again and I hope to partner with Suzette for many more experiences!

I visited Ireland in September 2025. The trip was amazing and the second time I’ve booked with Goway travel. Michael Keon planned a first-class two week trip for my husband me in Switzerland. We travelled by train to each destination with a first class Swiss travel pass - highly recommended. All our hotels were within walking distance of the train station and were very comfortable, most with balconies, and each one was very unique, giving a great flavour of the different cultures in Switzerland - lakeside, skiing village, French, Italian, German. Michael booked several excursions to tops of mountains on cogwheel trains or in gondolas. All very well organized!

Our experience was with Walter. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, kind and prompt. We wish he could be our driver on all our vacations...Thanks Walter from the Kidd's on our Costa Rica Vacation!!!

I worked with Jaime Vargas-Hernandez to put a last minute trip to Peru for my clients, i did not have much knowledge of Peru but with the guidance of Jaime i was able to offer one of a lifetime trip to my clients.
Once my client arrived they contacted me right away to inform how much they enjoying their first day with Local sight seeing tour on Lima and they looking forward to Machu Picchu, Jaime worked with to provide a flawless trip for my client and under their budget.
Jaime was available to me through out my booking process and was able to offer me alternativities if something was not available .
Jaime's destination knowledge is amazing and above all his service and customer service level is very much apricated .
He has also tried me to help/assist me with other departments where i was not able to get answers .
I would definitively recommend Jaime if you ever deal with Go away, if he cannot help you he will put you to the right person who can assist you the same way.

We recently got back from an amazing two-week trip to Japan with a customized itinerary to several cities from Goway. Everything from the welcome and airport transfers, to the hotel bookings, private guides and JR train travel passes worked smoothly and as expected. Maria Spitman was our destination specialist and she was very patient with my questions and helpful guiding me through the trip planning process and booking phase. Her insights and tips in the weeks before the trip were also very useful. She also made sure that my accessibility issues were noted ahead of time, so that the guides would be aware and could help me still enjoy the full experience. I had the pleasure of working with Kyah for an Italian adventure for a family of 6. Kyah has been extremely helpful from the very beginning! She had a three-way call with the client and myself to get the “vision” firsthand. Not only did Kyah deliver the most amazing properties and itinerary, she literally saved this booking!
