Gowersailshades SHABBY WORK, and APPAULING BEHAVIOUR

After receiving a quote from This company for some sailshades/blinds for my parents newly built conservatory. These quotes were sent to my email account, as my parents are not internet savvy, and this company deal via the internet. I printed off the quoted and showed my parents. They were happy to go ahead, only to find the price was then inflated by more than £200, increasing the price to £1,200. They still accepted this, even though they were not best pleased that the original estimate was not honoured.
The company arrived at their home to install these blinds, I have to say very unprofessional, drilling into their box guttering, then asking them if they had any filler so he could just 'fill it' . Saying if there were any problems, to call them and they would come straight away and sort it. My parents are both in their late 70's, and my dad has a heart condition, which means he cannot cope with any stressful situations. The following day, they both woke up after torrential rain during the night only to discover a massive flood in the conservatory, through this company’s shabby workmanship. They called them, of which they were advised to, if there were any problems, only for the individual who installed these blinds to be rude, arrogant, and make some excuse about him having a fall after a drinking night with his mates, so couldn't come to the house. Would you find this acceptable? I surely don't! This situation escalates. The following day, my poor parents call him again, as they were at the end of their tether, not knowing what to do with a huge flood in their conservatory. Again, my dad called the company, explaining the situation was even worse. The reply he was given was "what do you want me to do about it?" My mum interrupted, as she could see my dad was becoming more distressed, only to be told by this individual ‘tell her to shut up" then he put the phone down. Now through more expense they had to correct his shabby work by employing a roofer to sort "Gowersailshades" awful mess.
They want more blinds, but would not in a million years go back to this company.
This company dealt with me, and are now using the excuse that they don’t even know me, since me giving this review. Shameful
