Repairs are still in the process of being completed Gowing helped alot with getting this in the process some that have been needed doing for years would highly recommend using this company for help as they have always been really nice and polite with any queries that I’ve had hopefully by next year everything is done so I can finally decorate the way I wanted so thank you for all the help and push you have gave the council to follow out these repairs

Not the best service Jill provided as it seemed like she was annoyed by talking to me over the phone few times and on emails. I provided a feedback to her manager and hopefully other people would be treated better way than me.

Gowing Law is helping me to complete the repairs that had been pending for more than two years. This was done professionally throughout. However, some repairs were left out not approved as agreed with Gowing Law. The repairs too were not completed on time as agreed.

This has been going on since September 2024. Gowing Law keeps you updated on what is happening. And it’s still ongoing with the disrepair with the council as I type this rating for Gowing Law. sometimes I get confused when there’s more than one person who contacts me.

It was a very quick and efficient service, The team were very patient and explained the process. I had nothing to lose and was dealing with the council which are super problematic and avoids answering Tennant. Took the stress from me when dealing with the council

They have great team and response to the issue straight away and in my case they did very well and I’m amazed by the amount of progress they have made towards the completion of the work and put pressure on the council to complete the work in property. overall I’m satisfied with everything that they done for me.

Gowling Law were accessible and easy to contact throughout my case. They stayed on top of everything and got things moving quickly. It’s honestly the fastest I’ve ever seen my landlord act. They secured a better compensation for me and agreed on a set date for the repairs to be completed.

Overall, it’s been a really good experience. My only initial concern was whether the landlord might try to increase the rent because of this, but I was reassured that this couldn’t happen. I really appreciated their clear communication and support.

I felt a little wary to begin with as i had never heard of Gowing Law. I also wondered if I was doing the right thing going with solicitors to get my voice heard and work done by the landlords! I’ve had a really positive experience with Growing Law. They supported me with several issues around my home, including windows with condensation and new trunking in the bathroom. They also made sure the council dealt with the mould in my kitchen cupboards and even helped me get an extractor fan fitted in the bathroom.
