Ship was late to dock in port. Contacted driver as soon as able regarding late arrival, however driver left and I received no transportation. Go Shuttles claim for airport arrivals "Our local affiliates use flight tracking software in each market where we operate. We’ll know if your flight is delayed and can adjust pick-up time, but we strongly recommend you contact us directly as soon as you become aware of the delay so that we can update our information in the system." This apparently doesn't apply for cruise port pickups as our party of 8 was left with no shuttle to get from the cruise port to airport. The driver could I'm sure see that the ship was not docked and there were no passengers exiting the port and no movement in any of the ground transportation vehicles as no one was able to get off the ship. Spoke with customer service who attempted to help but stated I would have to schedule another shuttle at additional cost (had prepaid for the original shuttle) and they did not have any shuttle available for 3-4 hours. I have also yet to receive a full refund for the shuttle that left and provided no service that I requested.

The dispatcher called our driver and was very rude about airport pick up times. We had to hear the whole conversation since it was on speaker, it made us uncomfortable and made us feel like a burden.

We booked a shuttle from Punta Cana airport for April 4th, 2026 to our resort and our driver could not be found. I tried to contact them with all the numbers listed on the reservation but they were all USA numbers. No Dominican Republic numbers. We were forced to pay another driver to take us to our resort.
The ride back to the airport at the end of our trip went great though. My advice is to not pre-pay for a shuttle from the airport. . . it's too chaotic to find your driver and there are so many to choose from. When I called the GoWithUs.com for a refund they said they tried calling me but couldn't get through and wouldn't give me a refund.

Had an appoinment on April 3rd... confirmation e-mail on the 2nd...
When the day came...the driver didn't show...called the number on the mail and the guy just said I had no réservation...
Letting me and 6 others in trouble...
Had to take another Shuttle in emergency to be able to reach the airport...
No refund.. nothing...not even an answer to my e-mail

We paid extra for meet up at baggage claim. The driver finally found us, grabbed 2 of our bags and said follow him. He then took off and we had to walk through the airport to the 3rd floor of the parking garage. Please note that I have mobility issues and cannot walk long distances. He then left us to retrieve the car. We finally arrived at the port terminal, only for him to drop us as far from the entrance as possible. I would not recommend this driver

Great experience. Picked up on time snd our driver handled our luggage. We were flying in to get on a cruise. We asked the driver to stop near the port so we could purchase a few items. He stopped at a great location with many options. We arrived at our port on time and ready to cruise. SUV was plenty big for 5 adults and all our luggage.

Driver arrived on time but on the drive he was distracted serval times on his cell phone looking away from the road several times at highway speeds on a crowded highway. Trying to coordinate other rides and pickups that he seemed to be late for. Totally unacceptable for him to put our lives at risk in this way. To make matters worse upon arriving at our destination and present the driver with a tip he demanded more money because he took the express lane ???? Are you kidding me? Least to say I told him to take a hike. The service was pre-paid he was just trying to scam for more money. Drivers name Mohammed trip April 4th 2026 9:40am pickup. Van had over 300,000 miles and you could tell by its interior condition. I understand these are contract drivers but go shuttle should do better with driver education and vehicle standards. First negative experience with the company.

Arrived at the airport at 3pm for the pick up, was still sat in the van at the airport at 5pm. During this period I saw an Uber Shuttle arrive and depart every ten minutes in front of me. I contacted the company, asked for a refund so I could just take the Uber instead as a two hour wait was ridiculous. Was condescendingly told I had booked a “rideshare” so I should wait until the other passengers arrived. Got to hotel nearly three hours after my arranged pick up time. ABYSMAL. The journey was 6 miles - I could have walked it in that time. Do not use this company unless you like waiting around for a long time and being treated like an idiot by the customer service. Zero stars if I could. CLOWNS! The explanation below clearly shows how clueless they are. I sat in a stationary van for two hours, there were no stops, just a van that the driver left me in on my own. I’m aware how a shared ride works, the idea is that other people get inside the vehicle and it moves. This was not the case. Confirmation that this company is incompetent.

this was a bad experience and the worst customer service I have ever delt with.
This company my transport on me, and did not refund my money. Left me stranded at the airport with two infants with no way to get any where due to lack of car seats. WHen i spoke with the "manager" he began making up time limits on how long a transport is to wait. The website or contract did not clarify ANYWHERE on time limits. They claimed i was only allotted 15 minutes. Which i feel is extremely unfair when at an airport and dealing with multiple delays and recent TSA issues. While in the air and you have no service you are unable to contact anybody to update them. SO not only did i not have transport to get me and two infants to a hotel, i also was not refunded my money for a service that was not completed. I Would never recommend this company to anybody due to their poor customer service.

Would NOT recommend or use. Showed up to Vegas with no one at their booth as stated in their emails. Had to call dispatch and wait for pickup. Their pricing is double the price of a taxi. When leaving the Luxor to go back again they did NOT pick us up at the time THEIR confirmation stated. Dispatch argued and said nothing they can do. Again there’s plenty of taxis that are half the price of this POS service. Oh and they won’t refund their screwups because it’s within 24 hours. Such a shame that this was supposed to make things easier by booking ahead and has been nothing but a hassle and feeling like a scam for a shared service at 2x the price of a private taxi. I will be disputing with cc company. I would love for this “company “ to contact me and explain how their email confirmation don’t match their system and they can change whenever they want and you’re just screwed.
