I think your service could be improved…

I think your service could be improved by providing emails or texts to advise when the delivery is coming as other stores do so that we can track it better. It's more difficult to track by having to find your old email confirmation to click on the button to track it.

They sent me a product different from…

They sent me a product different from what I had ordered. I ordered rice in specific quality and in a specific brand, which was shown on their site. However, I have received a product from a different brand, in a lower quality and price, that I wouldn't have ordered if I had known that they were going to send me this one. I have contacted them for an explanation why I hadn't received what I ordered . No answer from them at all.

My order was fast and fab

The products I ordered of course were delicious and the service was really fast. Even though I live at the other end of the country, I had my Goyoya products within a couple of days of ordering. They were well packed also.

Store closed when it was supposed to be open. DO NOT TRUST THEIR FUNCTIONING HOURS!!!

The store was supposed to be open, and we walked 5 kilometres there and the doors were closed. Even on the door it said that it is supposed to be open until 19:00 and we were there at 18:15 and it was closed… VERY dissapointed….

1 item instead of 2. Too expensive

I ordered 2 items. The bill was 16,90 with IVA, one item 4,95 plus IVA plus 7 Euros for the transportation plus IVA.
They emailed me, that they have only one item.
I got reimbursed 4,96 Euros, meaning that I paid 11,95 Euros for just one item.
I think, that should have been handled in a different way from there side

Missing an item but no response

I made an online order. They mentioned free shipping and over 30€ purchases but they charged me 5€ for shipping. After the delivery, I found one noodle was missing. I contacted them but no response. I also asked for a receipt with NIF (tax ID), but they didn't. I inquired about this twice but no response.
