Scam Company Hands off!

I wired the money on 16 May, and still haven't heard from them! My bank is trying to get the money back however they refuse to pay back and now say they don't send to Germany, even though they state they deliver to Germany (and it is still possible to order online) plus they confirmed me that the parcel was dispatched on 20 May. Never got the products, nor the money back! Total scam company please beware!

Your service absolutely not satisfied

Your service absolutely not satisfied. Delivery extremely long, I refused the order because by mistake choose wring model and you sent it anyway. You confirmed delivery to Monaco and transport company been asking any address in france, because they could come to MC. Worst service ever!

Nothing after almost 1 month

Nothing after almost 1 month. I think all I say is garbage to them. It is so frustrating. I can't call them at all. You guys shipped my product 300 kms away from my location. Changed my location because I have to work in another place near. Nothing. Nooooooothing. Pretty disappointed expecting the product not to be damaged after 2000 kilometers of travel. I hope you contact me now because, let's be real this is pretty poor.

Communication with the seller is not…

Communication with the seller is not definitely productive.Delivery time was delaid and almost thripled.The seller could not give the delivery date dispate numerous request.
