Frustrating Experience - Lack of Support
I'm disappointed with my recent purchase from gps-tracker.info. Despite reaching out for help with product issues, I received no useful assistance. The tips provided didn't work, and my request for a return and refund has been ignored.
This lack of communication and support has left me unsatisfied. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend gps-tracker.info to others.

Poor product and not clear refund process
I've ordered two GPS for bicycle (almost 400€ spent). The tracker itself works but, unfortunately after inserting the GPS inside the bike's frame, as per instruction, the GPS and GSM antennas are totally shielded by the steel of the bicycle, therefore the signal is completely lost.
The idea for this tracker is very nice, but unfortunately it doesn't work at all in reality, unless you have a bicycle made of cardboard.
As written on the website, I contacted for a refund within 2 weeks of receiving the package. After numerous emails, they refused the refund because the GPS itself is working. Unfortunately not in the way they had shown.
I'm very disappointed with both the product and the support.
