The customer service team was amazing

The customer service team was amazing! They were very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us the GPS trackers we needed. They went above and beyond!
We needed some last-minute trackers, and they were able to process our request and get us the trackers a day ahead of schedule.

Great Interface and excellent customer service.

We love the whole program and the interface of it. Also the experience when we shopped around for such service was great. Very competitive. They have one of the best customer service as well.

Their programs gives great real time…

Their programs gives great real time data with the location of our fleet. It allows us to keep our customers updated on timing of their deliveries and also helps our drivers in finding locations.

Support is alway very responsive

Support is alway very responsive to get my issues taken care of. The desktop dashboard allows me to track vehicles in real time and keep scheduled maintenance done on time.

Great platform, Great Service

GPS Insight is a great platform and their customer service was amazing. The reporting system and alert system are perfect for monitor a fleet without taking up a bunch of time.

Horrible company..the trackers do not…

Horrible company..the trackers do not work and you can never get any help with customer service. The customer service people are absolutely disgusting when you speak with them .

Worst company ever

We signed up and had our cameras installed and they won’t work on our portal. The customers service is horrible. Worst company I’ve ever dealt with.

Terrific experience!

My experience with these guys was great. Since the claim was entered, they reached out right away to schedule an appointment. I didn’t have to take the car to them, they came to me. The tech texted me when he was on his way and arrived on time. He gave me a complete explanation of what he was doing and how long it would take. It actually took less time than he had told me. He didn’t leave any wires or anything exposed. Everything was tucked up nice and neat under the dash. He was polite and thorough and professional. They even followed up shortly after the appointment to ask me about my experience. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Canceling is impossible!

Canceling is impossible!
I called on February 19th to cancel my service, I was told that someone would call me. 2 weeks later I sent an email requesting to be canceled, no response from them. Called and Spoke to Anthony, told him what steps I've already taken to cancel the service and he said he would send me an email to get the ball rolling, never got an email. I got an email this morning from Sandy stating that my CC had expired and I replied back that I have been trying to cancel this service for 2 months and she requested the emails so I sent them to her. THIS IS INSANE TO HAVE TO SPEND THIS MUCH TIME PLAYING GAMES!!!

Nearly impossible to cancel and was still charged

Be careful. Trying to cancel is a BEAR! Then they took so long that they still charged me monthly fee. I disputed with credit card. It is shameful. Good luck getting anyone on phone to cancel. Keep emails and get ready to have to make a dispute with credit card.
