I recently got my new 2023 cx9 touring plus i find gpsupdatestore and send them a email asking about a sd for my card they respond quick and tell me what to get and the instructions how to installed. Once i received i follow the email instructions and everything works perfect 10/10 💯 % recommended.
The price was right and it goes downhill from there.
I received emails stating it was on its way and the tracking didn't change for 6 days. I emailed GPS Update Store and found that it had been lost somehow. I was sent another, I received it in a tolerable amount of time.
Now for the good part.....I put the card in my reader and get a message that I should check write protect. I did, the slide was in the correct position when I inserted it time after time. Finally I went to you tube and found that not only did I need to have the slide in the correct position but had to apply a piece of tape to the notch on the other side of the slide...it worked but I am frustrated and want to set my hair on fire.
This all could have been avoided if GPS Update Store would have included in the shipping envelope a piece of paper the size of a postage stamp showing what to do but I received no instructions at all.
