Really happy with the service, phone got collected quickly and I received the cash I was quoted really quickly. My screen was broken but phone was in working order. Would use again and highly recommend

I sent a phone in very good condition to this company, bar a single scratch. Received an email to say they would offer me half of the original offer price as it was in ‘poor’ condition!.
Phoned them up and asked for photos of what they consider to be poor condition. Next day they decide that they can offer me the full price, which they then paid, thank god. Also the packaging they send you is totally insufficient, use your own. Stressful experience, don’t take the risk with these chancers.

Awful awful company, quoted £205 for my 256gb iPhone 11, battery health was 82% which was quoted as good in the description and also quoted free returns on the website I was on. Sent it in and they said 85% was good so offered me £140, declined, they offered £170, declined so they said £8.95 if I want it returned. At this point I phoned up as I was not happy at all, person on the phone explained in their t&cs on their website it stated this but not once did I get redirected to their website or informed to check this. Eventually managed to get the device sent back free of charge after a bit of a discussion.

Great company! The bag to send the phone off arrived very quickly. The company communicated when they had received the phone, when they were checking it, and when they had sent payment. Price they offered was the price I was originally given. Really thrilled and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Not sure what all the bad reviews are about, only sent the phone on Tuesday and already have the funds.

Be warned. They will try all the tricks in the book to reduce on the quoted costs. Sent in two phones and on one of them that had no issues whatsoever tried to take off 30% of the price due to "cosmetic issues". After several rounds of email at various prices offered a final with an alternative to charge me 8.95 to return. Very underhanded business. Have since used others and no issues whatsover. Bunch of cowboys. You have been warned.

Valued my phone at £205, after testing offered £130. Then after speaking to the manager my phone was miraculously worth £150. Paid £10 to get my phone back and went with another company who valued it at £265 and paid me £245 after testing on the day of receiving.

Edit - customer services have since been in touch to apologise for the poor service I received. They may not have been able to offer me the most for my phone but the customer service team are good.

Easy, efficient process, and the best price I could get for my Apple iPhone 13 Pro phone. The online process was simple. Some companies have so many categories / conditions now it is too easy to get confused and commit to a lower price. Gr8 Mobile keep it simple and straight forward. The online process was easy and efficient. Confirmation e-mails and text messages kept me well informed. My packing arrived in 2 days. I posted my phone via The Post Office and received my payment within 3 days. Communication throughout was very good.

Super smooth process! Got a quote, printed the label, mailed my broken phone, waited for it to be evaluated & then used Wise to receive a payment directly to my checking account. I’d recommend GR8 mobile because they definitely had the highest value for my iPhone with a cracked screen
