NOT IMPRESSED
Ordered a jacket on Oct 12th. Received a fedex tracking number on Oct 13th. Got a follow up email saying the jacket should arrive by Oct 15th. The evening of Oct 15th when the jacket had not arrived and FedEx had no information with the tracking number I emailed the website. I received a response saying they never even had the jacket to sell. I asked why I had not been contacted and they sent an email saying “I understand you’re frustrated”. No discount offered, no further explanation and then they said it would be “7-10 days to get a refund”. At this point I filed a dispute with my credit card. Following that I received emails again taking no responsibility harassing me for filing with my credit card. Saying it would take 75 days to be resolved when the money is already credit to my account.
