I am so disappointed in this bag! All the tassels on the zippers started raveling immediately after I unpacked the bag. The outside ornament came off almost as quickly! I would never recommend this bag in any situation! I would like a refund!

My first red flag should probably have been they were selling these supposedly real leather totes as by one get one free. I got a brown and a black one that I paid 129.00 for. I got them and they were thin, vegan leather bags without even a lining. I still gave one away as a gift and the person actually liked it, but this is pretty much a vegan leather bag with nothing special. So yes, I got a gift for someone and a bonus bag, but I can't even resell this bag at this point. I sell online and this will have to be a "free gift" with purchase or something. I can use it as a grocery bag. I got sucked into the whole, we are selling our business claptrap with the old lady making bags. Yeah, this was made by some child in BeiJing that is making 1.00 a day. Wish I would have read these reviews first.

It took forever for shipping. Tried to track shipping and it stopped communication. If I tried again I was cut off with no results. Finally my order came 3-4 weeks later. Packaged like a fine gift with even a dust bag over it. Then just disappointment. It was obviously NOT GENUINE LEATHER as advertised. Not hand crafted. I emailed through PayPal since I used this for payment. Their customer service offered $14.00 to cover for problematic shipping. No offer of return payment for the piece of crap they sent. In the end, after reading the difficulties others had with returns I decided I had enough stress with these people so I did not pursue the return actions. I did however guarantee to them that I will make as many negative reports as possible and encourage others to not order anything from them or any associates.

This is a fake company using AI to advertise a foreign made product. They claim to be locally based but this is a lie.

DO NOT BUY. This company is based out of China making "Grace" who is just an AI generated woman to sell you on a fake story.

These ARE NOT Leather. They are made with shaved leather scraps and glue. The quality if poor.

I have just received my gorgeous chestnut brown leather handbags and l couldn't be more pleased, they are lovely and I'm very very happy with them and would fully recommend buying a lovely well made soft gorgeous handbag from this company. Thankyou so much Grace handbags, you should be proud of your first class workmanship.

I’m glad that I saw the reviews before I order Grace Bags which is advertising on fb that claiming they’re closing down with big discounts….no doubt it’s a big flat lie and the company’s history is fake that made up by some chinese manufacturers. I’ve learned not to trust the advertisements on social media.

My bag arrived on the 19th of March,2025. It was very well packaged. I was a little disappointed the bag was smaller then I thought it would be but I love it anyway. It is beautiful. Thank you very much.

Pleasantly surprised by the quality. It's not real leather, but honestly, it feels and looks just like it. A total win!

It took 7 days for my order to arrive, and I have no complaints. The tracking info was accurate, and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

Shipping took 6 days, which was faster than I thought. The updates were frequent, and I had no trouble tracking my package. Overall, very smooth!

The bag arrived in 9 days, right within the timeframe they promised. I had no trouble with the shipping process, and the bag was packaged really well.

The bag I ordered (Lorena Bag) looked beautiful online. Bag I received was horrible, was NOT leather and so cheaply made!! I requested return and they wanted to simply give me a 15% refund instead. ALSO, COMES FROM CHINA. The website looks so legit, saying handmade, but it's NOT. DO NOT ORDER!!

I wish I had seen the reviews before ordering. The bag I received is completely unusable because no credit cards will fit in the card slots. It is not made of leather as advertised. The zippers are heavy, gaudy, and very unattractive. The website may not have explicitly stated that the bags were made in the US but it was implied. They are obviously made in and shipped from China.

Requested a refund on the website but no response. I have now emailed a refund request.

Several of the bags I received have stitching coming loose. I'm not convinced that the leather is high quality either. It's embarrassing because I gave 4 bags as Christmas gifts.

Firstly, I have only had the bag for approximately two and a half months, and I am already experiencing significant problems. When I set the bag down, it drops particles of material, which is quite concerning. This is not what I expected from a product that I paid a good price for, and it is disappointing to see that it has not even lasted for half a year without showing signs of wear and tear.

Additionally, I have noticed tears in the material, which further exacerbates my dissatisfaction. I have never owned a bag that I invested a substantial amount of money in that has deteriorated in such a short period. It is disheartening to see a product that I believed would be of high quality fail to meet those expectations.

Moreover, I was under the impression that I was purchasing a leather bag, but it appears that the material is not leather as advertised. This misrepresentation is particularly troubling, as I specifically sought out a leather product for its durability and aesthetic appeal.

Given these issues, I would like to know what steps can be taken to resolve this matter. I believe it is reasonable to expect a refund for a product that has not met the quality standards promised at the time of purchase.

Would not give one star if there was an option. Now advertising as Hannah-bags with same pictures, lies etc. Emailed to give them a chance to respond by return email Surprise surprise no response.
