No Response from Customer Service

I ordered 3 bags. I really liked two of them but the third one (Nicole's Favorite Vintage Shoulder Handbag) was not what I expected. I contacted them within 3 days of delivery, per the return instructions on the site and never heard back. I contacted them 3 more times and still have not heard back.

The website indicates; If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out. I’m always here to help! ----NOT MY EXPERIENCE!

Adjusting my experience to 1 star. Per the review reply, I reached out again and have not received a reply yet again.

I purchased a bag for my mother…

I purchased a bag for my mother recently for Christmas. I was very dissatisfied with the delivery time 12 days,it says 3-5 on the website .The
The quality looks nothing like the website image, the hardware is plastic and I can’t find a contact number in order to speak with a human about my experience.
Very disappointing!
I bought into the story about the bag being exceptional in quality.
I was looking forward to my mother receiving the bag for Christmas.
Sadly none of my expectations were met.

Beware of scam!

Pretty sure this is a scam. Took forever to get and they are not real leather. In looking at return policy you have to return them to their distributor in Asia!! Guess what folks? This is impossible to do and costs a fortune! Their site looks like they are handmade in a small shop etc; I have been screwed again! Take my word, don’t buy from them unless you want a cheaply made vinyl bag. Good luck. I actually wouldn’t give them one star!
If you are sincere about helping, send me a return label for somewhere in the states!

I ordered 2 handbags that don’t look or…

I ordered 2 handbags that don’t look or feel like leather and the inside of the bag is thin vinyl that will tear easily. $79.00 for both. I was offer a refund of $12.00 and I could keep the bags. That a slap in the face. As I was told the shipping would cost be $30 - $50 dollars as they don’t pay shipping.
I should’ve known this was a scam in the beginning, but I did not do my homework. There’s no way to get a hold of them through the phone there is no customer service number. You can only email them. That’s a red flag.
Please do your homework before you buy graces bags

1 star not! I received a fishy smelling not sure of the composition bag. This was a christmas gift for me and my husband paid alot of money , ordered before thanksgiving so by christmas naturally the warranty is over 30 days. They got 76 dollars for what? I know what leather smells like , not a dead cod...let's see if the same generic bot response pops up. I learned my lesson, don't buy unless you can see it and feel it, internet shopping needs to go away.

I ordered 3 "leather bags from what I thought was a reputable company. The whole Grace's Bags website is a scam. First there is no Grace creating your bag. All threee of the bags I received had a "Made in China" label inside. Second they are not leather. Sorry so many of you have been fooled. They are vinyl. Unfortynately they have not been shut down but I guess I also should have looked at all the reviews online under Scams.

Bad experience

I first saw Grace bags on the web just browsing. I read the story and thought this is perfect would be happy to support Grace. The story they tell is not true.
I have to agree with others that they are made in China not at Graces shop!!! They are not leather and the lining has some tore places the strap piece looks as if it came out of a bubble gum machine. I am not happy and don’t appreciate being mislead. The bag is not worth at all the price!! I will not purchase another or recommend it to anyone

Item number PLHRSMLC9 that is my confirmation number I spent $82.39 and have yet to receive the bag. Usually I read all reviews when I’m ordering this time I didn’t most of them are saying this is not leather, I hope and pray that it is what I looked at and is leather and everything is all good. I am only giving a 1 star because in order to leave a review you have to! These bags are not leather!!! I am livid that my 75 year old mother has ordered 7 bags from her believing they are real leather. Do not order from this company unless you want to waste your money on pleather bags. This company is awful!!!!

I like the bags to a good degree

I like the bags to a pretty, good degree. However, I seem to have 2 separate orders or bags the exact same color, same bag. I didn't order 2 on both bags. While I am satisfied with the order, not all bags contain a dustbag. Why is this?
Finally, are you closing or retiring?. I stumbled upon this site but if you are not closing,I may have held off. Oh well, that's on me now.

This company is a fake

This company is a fake. They want you to believe a sweet little old lady lovingly crafts your leather bag by hand. In truth, they are fake leather mass produced in Chinese factories!
Try returning them. All of a sudden they've gone radio silent! Do NOT purchase from these charlatans!

Horrible Quality - JUNK!

I ordered this bag based on the BEAUTIFUL appearance of the bags in the photos in the advertisement. The bag I received is less than a 1 - it is plastic and so horrible looking. I’m embarrassed to tell anyone e I purchased such a POS. I’ve attempted to reach the company for return information - they don’t even respond! Do not purchase from Grace’s Bags - they SUCK!

False representation of goods - you won't receive what you ordered

When I opened my packages, there was a strong odor of cheap vinyl handbags found at large big box department stores. Outside zippers are useless and open to foam backed PVC.

Other issues are -
Per the items "Features and Benefits":
- Luxurious Genuine Leather: Ilse’s Timeless Elegance is made from premium genuine leather
THE BAG IS MADE OF PVC VINYL - NO LEATHER TO BE FOUND
- Smooth Micro-Suede Interior: The interior is lined with smooth, dirt-resistant micro-suede
THE INTERIOR IS MADE OF NYLON MATERIAL - NO MICRO-SUEDE INTERIOR
- Secure and Convenient Closure: The flap sure with a magnetic snap button
THE CLOSURE IS A TOP ZIPPER - NO MAGNETIC SNAP BUTTON

I used their required feedback page on Dec 20th so that the issued could be resolved in 24-48 hrs. Today is Dec 27th and no attempt has been made to contact me.

I don't even know what to say that everyone else hasn't already said. This company is a SCAM!!! I ordered 5 bags that were supposed to be made of the finest leather, however what I received was dollar store plastic. I paid way to much for this lack of quality. Live and learn.

A scamming response.

Thank you for responding to my review regarding your immoral scam. I take it you are concerned enough to refund the people you have scammed. ?.

It's not enough to write a response that is less than authentic.

Hopefully, we, the people you have scammed, can lobby parliament in the UK to put a stop to your scamming and hurting others whether that be emotionally, financially or both. How sad, you have no shame. !
