I like everyone else who have offered reviews have been scammed. This company doesn’t exist. The garment I received was nothing like what was advertised . Cheap tat

Avery disgruntled customer. BEWARE. Give this a wide birth

A counterfeit and shoddy printed copy of the ordered item was received, shipped from China, (not Royal Mail delivery as advertised), and bearing little resemblance to the ordered item which was supposed to have been reduced to £39.99 from £139! Not worth £5. Didn't reply to my emails either.

This Company does not seem to exist as a London based outlet. It is China based you cannot return anything unless you send it back to China as a huge cost to you. Goods are shoddy and basically a SCAM.

This company is absolutely terrible. The quilts they sent are extremely poor quality, nothing like what was advertised. I contacted them multiple times, but they never replied and refused to provide a return address. Their customer service is basically nonexistent. Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.Even one star I don’t want to give them I will give the -zero

SCAM - do not use!
So annoyed with myself for falling for this. Purports to be in London (AI images) but is in China…Website shows high quality items priced accordingly and then reduced… which when they finally arrive are terrible market-stall quality. No replies when you try to email for returns information. I accessed via a facebook ad so beware!

Total scam. I am trying to return three outfits which arrived a couple of weeks back but were so cheap and shoddy that I wouldn’t possibly want to keep them! I don’t think the nicely dressed ladies on the social media advert actually exist this company is a total sham and everyone needs to be aware.

I ordered a dress at the beginning of February. Never received an order number and as yet haven’t received anything. Will be taking this further. Would warn against dealing with this company at all costs

Ordered a beautiful mohair jumper. What arrived was an acrilic monstrosity. Wrong colour, wrong everything. Found out the advertised picture is stolen from a knitting pattern!
Endless emails, no one acknowledged.

TWO PIECE TOOK 4 WEEKS TO COME FROM CHINA !!!! NOT LONDON WHERE THE SHOP IS SUPPOSED TO BE.
MATERIAL IS SHABBY, AS IS THE STITCHING, NO LABELS AND RETURN ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE IS IN CANNOCK BUT THIS IS A FAKE ADDRESS. WISHED I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING. HOW CAN THIS BE SHUT DOWN

Clothes are poor quality and sizes are way out!
Returns are at the customer’s expense all the way back to China!

Scam of a company. Do not use them. I needed to make a return because the item was a shabby cheap mess and nowhere close to the stabdard of money I paid for it. They don’t reply to me on how I can make the return. An absolutely disgusting company!

No email confirmation of booking. I emailed many times asking for a delivery date and just received a standard response that they will endeavor to reply within 48 hours - not so. Poor quality of workmanship and the material was sub standard. Sizing leaves a lot to be desired too. I wish I had read the returns policy before ordering as you can't return the item if it was sold at discounted price. I don't even think my local charity shop would accept it. DO NOT purchase from this company.

Don't be fooled by those 2 elegant ladies, its a scam, the clothes are NOT worthy of Primark, or Shein, the quality is shocking, its from a cheap Chinese workshop and not the boutique they show in their photograph, I really wish I had read Trustpilot reviews before I made the purchased, now although they say they will reply within 48 hours they have not replied for over 2 weeks now but still sending me offers etc to which I keep replying I want to return the shoddy dresses I already have, PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, its a very good scam

I ordered a beautiful trouser and jacket suit or so i thought.
What arrived was awful, nothing like what i ordered

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering and taken the advice not to order. The quality of the item was very poor and material not as expected and the quality of manufacture was diabolical. I could have made it better myself.

This company is a sham. Do not be fooled by the two nice lady’s advertising their products. My items need to be returned to China! The postage will be a lot. They call themselves Grace and Sophia London? They give a Netherlands address? Is there any protection for consumers who make the mistake of making a purchase through this dishonest company? Would really appreciate some advice.
