Do NOT purchase from this company!! False advertising. Product is cheap and from China and NOTylike pictured or described! Horrible. I went through PayPal and they are not even doing anything about it!!

Item purchased was nothing like item advertised.when asked for a refund I was offered 10 dollars off another purchase which I didn’t want.again asked for a refund and they totally Ignored my emails.will never order from these again .ive lost 40 pounds and couldn’t even give the item I purchased to charity as it’s disgusting

WORST COMPANY EVER.
I bought a top from this company that I saw advertised on Facebook. It - EVENTUALLY- arrived and the size was very small and the quality poor. I contacted gracylady and they tried to fob me off with a partial -less than 50% refund. I refused and advised them I would return it to the return address on the label- which was on the package they sent me- it was an address in the UK.

I got no response from them- even though I sent it tracked and signed for.
I contacted them AGAIN. Their Customer services THEN told me I had to send it to china and NOT the address stated on their label!- which they didn't tell me months before when I emailed them to advise that I would be sending it to their uk address!! They then stopped all contact with me So I had no item and no refund.
After months of no contact, I had to go back via PayPal and fight for a refund. Save your money and time DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I NEVER will again.

Even i WOULD GINO NO ANY OF STARS - IT WOULD BE -5 STARS !!!!!
I have ordered from your web site some goods.

My order was done on 3rd of December. The order has transfer very long to my country. In your website there is information, that I can get hope to get it in 10-35 days. I have even contacted You in order to know why it took so long.

Now they are not responding to my e-mails.
I have all the goods just received on last Friday. And I would like to return back all the stuff / goods, I'm not satisfied with the quality of the goods:

1. One of goods (Sexy V Neck Pure Color Blouses × 1) I have received dirty with some mold on it.

2. Other goods are not that material and size that I have expected.

3. In the pictures goods look different shape and material that is in reality (for example Asymetric Neck Patchwork Contrast Stiching Color Block Long Sleeve T-shirts).

I would say that is the worst shop ever I have shoped online.

I only gave them one star because it wouldn't let me give them none. I placed an order and waited 2 months before canceling the order. I have now waited another month for a refund. They have stopped responding to my email and there is no phone number. Awful

Crap company no goods no refund fob of emails

I was excited to receive a bat wing sweater at a reasonable price comparable to that in most local stores. I waited three weeks which I thought was reasonable. When it arrived today, it was simply an oversized sweater with no bat wings. There were holes in the sweater and the collar was coming apart. I was extremely disappointed. There is nothing they can do to make this right. I will never order from them again. I wish I had read the reviews first.

More than one month to get a too small horrible chinese quality product. Still waiting for a return address. Cost at my expense. Terrible return policy. Never again.

I placed an order with this company a month ago and still have not received my item. They do not provide a phone number to contact them. Their emails are just cut and paste basic responses. The Fedex tracking number I’m getting is fake.
