Excellent support from the Customer Experience and Insights Manager, Riikka King, who monitored the delivery of the refrigerator by UPS. At one point, UPS lost track of the order and failed to deliver it.
Through her timely and attentive intervention, Riikka ensured a new delivery within 5 business days.
I have never been as well supported by any seller, which gives full credibility to GRAD DK. I recommend it to everyone, especially because the Wine Cooler is the best and most elegant one I know. Top!

My order came with 2 EU plug sockets instead of UK ones. I e-mailed support about it and they responded in less than 24 hours and shipped out new plug sockets.

The best gift for your Champagne

Grad is a very nice product and work prety well. Since we have one it is in use very often.
My Grad were creating a strange noise and after contacting the company and shared a video with the noise they asked to send it back. In the meantime they organized already to deliver a replacement.

Attractive design at a relatively high price. Keeps already chilled bottles very cool for a certain amount of time. Chilling unchilled bottles takes quite a long time and uses up a lot of battery power.

It’s a pleasure to serve wine at the perfect temperature and this solution is perfect.

It´s not only great to keep your white wine/rosé/champagne cold…. Maybe even more important to enjoy your red wine in the correct temperature range, to experience the taste the winemaker intended to bring to you.

By the way… the Grad No 1 is although a great talking point, whenever you get visitors…. :-)

Fully charged the battery and it lasted less than an hour when used on the coldest settings so if you need wine that cold best to plug it in.

Very nice looking piece of kit and does the job very well provided it’s plugged so you would need to have it at a higher temperature if you were going to use it for a longer period on the battery.

For the money I was a little disappointed in the battery performance, although it runs very quietly looks good and is pretty useful.

The product itself is great! The idea is incredible. I've been using it for three weeks now and it works perfectly. I'll learn more about its quality over time, but right now it's doing a great job! I gave it 5 stars, but I wanted to give it 4 stars because I am very surprised that the manufacturer would send such a fine product directly in a plain cardboard box, as if they were sending some kind of spare part or door handle, for example! Dear manufacturer, when someone buys even a cooking pot, it comes in its own high-quality packaging... I think that it's not enough to create a good product, you also need to think about attractive packaging for it. For example, I received a GRAD as a gift, then I personally bought two more and gave them to my friends. Now I'm buying again two more and I'm annoyed that it doesn't come in nice packaging like 99% of such products, which you can wrap in gift paper and give to a friend... Unfortunately, you have to give the gift in the same plain shipping box,, which is covered with all kinds of labels, and you have ro remove... (sender, recipient, invoices.., etc.).
I sincerely hope that after reading this review, the company will pay serious attention to this trivial problem and decide in favor of its own brand, which is seeking effective market positioning. Nevertheless, I recommend this product to all my friends! Cheers!

Great product. I just bought another one as I needed to chill 2 bottles at the same time. My friends love it when they come over and I’ve given quite a few away as presents. Fast delivery. Nice safe packaging. Highly recommended.
