If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Placed an order and it took weeks to dispatch. I’d emailed to ask why but this was ignored. When the items finally arrived, the binders were incorrect - they’d sent smaller versions instead of the larger ones I’d paid for. Again, I emailed straight away to ask for a return address, postage costs to cover the return (their error so why should I pay) and for the items I’d actually ordered to be sent. No reply. Waited a week and emailed again. No reply. They didn’t respond to a single thing. I had to open a dispute via my payment method to get back the money for the incorrect items.
Absolute disgrace of a company.

Website states you will get next day shipping if ordered before 1pm and spent over £30. I spent over £100 and ordered before 1pm.
The items were not even shipped for 3 working days and then the delivery method was not even a guaranteed next day but 1-3 working days. The parcel arrived 1 week later.
Website is nice but would not order if you want fast shipping.
Edit: Once I received my order I had an incorrect item. I messaged to let them know and they said they would look into it and sort out. After that I never heard from them again, even with further contact from my end.
Would not order from here again.

Not received my order, from over a month ago. They are yet to respond to approx 10 emails and have been uncontactable on other socials.
Assuming liquidation or running some form of scam. AVOID

Excellent store with great prices, communication, packaging and delivery. Will 100% use again in the future.

Another Arceus V figure collection preorder that never arrived, emailed 3 times through website support form, messaged via Facebook got a response saying it'll be posted tomorrow. It was not sent... no sign of tracking, messaged a week later, message was read but no response. Luckily used Paypal and I was instantly refunded. NEVER USE!!!

As always, great service. 2 booster boxes arrived within expected time and in great condition. Cannot recommend them enough!

Preordered arceus v figure collection box April 22nd still not received said item many attempts to contact them via email Facebook and though the shop app no response! Avoid if I was you.

I'm absolutely thrilled with the service I have received - this afternoon I have had another chat with them on the phone to which all of my questions were answered immediately.

Went absolutely above and beyond to ensure I got my item when I was gaving issues completing checkout. Then my items came within 48 hours even with free delivery. A true first class service!

Ordered a pokemon Japanese booster box it shipped fast but the packaging was a disgrace. It was sent in a padded envelope with no other protection. so it arrived crushed it's what I would expect from a eBay seller no a company that supposedly holds its self in delivering your item "packaged in the highest order".

I contacted them and after a few emails back and forth I agreed to send the item back and get a replacement. So I did so and from the 15/12/21 since it's been delivered and signed for, I have not heard anything back I've contacted them now multiple time and have had no reply. So not only am I out of pocket "£80" I'm also out of the item, I would advise anyone not to use this company.

Pre ordered item arrived on time, no hassle, good communication, great prices also. Will definitely be ordering from here again.
