GradedGem Review

I started sending cards to PSA though GradedGem in Oct 2020. I’ve sent around 80 cards off for grading and despite a very long wait, I have had 4 of the 5 batches back from PSA and Conor. I’m still waiting on a Feb delivery and no doubt it will take a few more months. For those that actually want to collect the cards there’s no rush. It’s quite nice that people have had to wait for the Pokémon boom to die down before having them returned.

This isn’t a scam at all. Conor seems to be a genuine guy and trying to do his absolute best to make the best of a very difficult situation. All those claiming it this to be a scam will get their cards back at someone point but will need to be patient like the rest of us. Count your blessings that he’s not run off with your money like Ludkins cards have.

PSA is backlogged. Stop blaming Connor

PSA is backlogged.. this is no way Connors fault. Moaning you sent cards in 2020 and they are not back yet will not help... mine are slowly returning back and can not fault the service at all each time

Its Very disappointing how some of you choose to blame a service out of graded gems hands.

Send 10 cards november 2020

Send 10 cards november 2020, when the price was $12.
Charged $28 a card because THEY had graded problems, thats a different of $18 dollars. If you don’t pay, you will not get your cards back. What a shame!

Waiting since November 2020 nearly 2 years.
My opinion of gg a lot is not there fault and is the fault of psa I believe they are trying there best and have dealt with large amounts of cards being stolen and done there best to amend this. Overall I believe they are still trying very hard to make sure every customer possible received there cards ,saying that

However here are my negatives

Communication very hard for people to get in touch and I’m sure this isn’t easy with the amount of complaints coming in. Nothing is stopping Conor making a YouTube video even every 3 months saying how many cards came back what issues they are having and how the future of people cards are looking,

Another issue I have is when submitting
Was a statement that graded gem said as a grading service would be shorter than submitting yourself when the opposite is true if we submitted directly through psa we would for the most part have been a lot faster I don’t know if that’s due to piling all the orders up together for example I sent in November 2020 and received a psa has your cards in April 2021the boys were probably overwhelmed and couldn’t get the cards in fast enough.
Anyway I hope to u receive my card asap

Anyone leaving a 1 star review needs to…

Anyone leaving a 1 star review needs to open their eyes! I have not received my cards back yet from my october 2020 submission and i am in the same boat as everyone else, however i am giving 5 stars as i am not tunnel visioned like everyone else and have seen the bigger picture. Graded gem is not responsible for any delay on returning cards and it is PSA! if you don't like it then i advise you never use a middle man service again and try sending them directly to PSA see how much more it costs you and the hassle that graded gem were saving everyone. They closed down and chances are they got fed up. I better get my cards back soon haha

1 year later and still no cards!!!!

Submitted cards Feb 21, selecting express, and still waiting. Weekly email has become a family joke as it always says the same thing. Have emailed the company but no response. Not even sure if they are still trading. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

No wonder they shut down

No wonder they shut down. This is the wirst company I've ever dealt with zero customer service, false advertising and zero updates for customers. How they haven't been reported to reading standards or sued is beyond me.

Stay far away

Submitted the same exact tier value tier to directly PSA in March of 2021. Now that direct sub is in QA1 step 5. Meanwhile I submitted the same tier through GG Middleman in November of 2020 and it is somehow still in grading. The timeline makes no sense. They have zero communication presence with customers, no clue where your cards are and frankly do not care about your cards at all. It sucks because I and I’m sure everyone else has thousands worth of cards in limbo and they send the same automated messages of the stage when in reality they have no clue what’s going on. Among a lot of other people this middleman service is severely disappointing and lacking in business value. Don’t waste your time/money. It’s crazy.

I'm not sure if I'll ever see my cards…

I'm not sure if I'll ever see my cards again. It has been almost a year since I sent my card through Graded Gem and my cards are still in the research and ID stage. At this point, I just want my cards and money back. I will deal will PSA myself. The number they have listed does not work and emailing Victoria is useless. No info, no accountability, and she is quite frankly rude. Horrible service.

Avoid, unless you love zero communication..

Unless you're one of the owners cliquey YouTube pals, don't expect to get your cards back anytime soon. I sent mine in October 2020, and for the first 6 months had absolutely no idea where my cards were. I received confirmation they received them and they had been sent to the States, but only after I chased. In about April time, I started receiving weekly emails saying my cards were in 'Research and ID', which is Stage 3 of 8 at PSA. In May, these emails stopped, and they didn't start again until August. So for 2 months, I didnt receive a single email update. Last week, the emails began again and guess what, my cards are still in Research and ID (stage 3 of 8).

It's now been 11 months since I sent the cards and to be honest, I have no idea if I'll ever see them again.

This business is not well run and communication with first time users of them is absolutely shocking. It seems that the two guys who run it want to take no responsibility for this and instead blame the delays and lack of communication on "being busy", whilst pushing all your issues towards a lady called Victoria who does her best to help.

Just terrible.

I have reached out to this company a…

I have reached out to this company a half dozen times or more over the last 60 days (early March) with a very simple question(clarity on a term for where my cards were in the process) (of which most of this time, they aren’t even accepting new orders.... thus I’m sure way less busy the. When getting crushed every day prior) and no response. Unacceptable. I was super polite and patient the first couple months but at this point this is truly one of the most unprofessional and incompetent experiences I’ve ever had with a company from a customer service stand point.

It was extremely easy to submit my cards back in January and I’m very happy with that portion of the process but since then it’s been dismal.

Have literally no idea what is going on…

Have literally no idea what is going on with my 3 orders the first one was a year ago and the latest one was in September which I have not paid for because after receiving my pre grades I replied to the email asking how much was due and had no response I have emailed them, tried facebook message and Instagram countless times with no response, I have handed over all of my most prized cards and I'm starting to wonder if I will ever see them again

Left in the dark initially

Paid for an order 12 Feb however account still does not show that my payment has been received. Have tried emailing company on several occasions and even went to the trouble of accessing 1 of their live feeds (which was trying to apologise for their failings) and left a comment. Had no response thus far. Real poor customer service so far. Have no idea what is happening with my order.
Since posting this review I've had good customer contact
