Utterly disgraceful customer service…

Utterly disgraceful customer service when there is an issue with the item. They completely ignore your messages. I’ve messaged them for five days now and they still haven’t replied to me yet their automated system says they will reply within 24 hours or you get £10 credit added to your account that is also a lie. their Moonrock is disgusting. It’s that hard it breaks the grinder you can’t even break it apart with your fingers, it isn’t like any moon rock I’ve bought from any other shops before . I will be sending my entire order back for a refund. I am the customer, we as customers keep their shop in business and I do not expect to be ignored for five days in a row when I have a problem with my order bearing in mind, he can reply to me in these five days given I have an issue with my order that still has not arrived. Why reply to that email but not my email about moon rock, which I might add i sent both emails at the same time separately, but chooses to ignore and not reply to any of the emails I’ve sent regarding the dreadful Moonrock.
he has seen my messages but you just chose to ignore me and only reply to the fact that the order is five days late. Once it arrives I will be sending it back. He has now changed the website , but for over a month The website stated sold out items will be back in stock within 24 to 48 hours yet weeks later The items still aren’t in stock .!so he’s removed the misleading information on his website. I will suggest you choose other companies rather than a scam artist, who rudely ignores you when there’s an issue , who isn’t professional enough to sort out the issue, even though he has sent a dreadful Disgusting item you can’t smoke . The day I emailed them with my complaint regarding the Moonrock I also placed another order. Had I known he would completely ignore me and not take accountability for the moon rock he sent, I would never have placed another order so thank goodness and the order hasn’t arrived in these five days that I’ve been waiting for him to reply. because I will be sending it back once it does arrive. Shocking customer service. How can you lie and mislead people and state you will contact them in 24 hours and if you don’t they will give you a £10 credit to your account. This is a complete lie. They do not add any credit to your account, nor do they resolve or help if an issue arise. I have asked for the returns address yet that email is also been ignored.below is the message on their website .
Read the first 5 words - if … so why are you ignoring my emails when I want to return the items? There is no if !!! I am
Well within my rights as a consumer to return my order for whatever reason. Fact !…. The fact that you have wrote if we accept your return just shows you how unprofessional they truly are and how they do not care about or respect their customers.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Luke keeps closing my requests and not replying at all to my messages. He replied to tell me the tracking information, but still ignoring me in regards to the Moon rocks nor is he adding the credit to my account , given I’ve been emailing him since the 30th. Every time I send a new email, he closes the request down and won’t reply.
How rude and unprofessional…. Customer service is shocking.

Well they are an Excellent company who always deliver and give me very generous freebies on top. I have spent almost £500.00 in the last few years with them and the products are Great!!!!! Excellent product,service and price

Graded green have really upped their game in recent months cbd quality is excellent and delivered in 2 days at the latest would highly recommend oh and they have lots of deals on too!

Top quality all round! You won't regret it

Having purchased from graded green before I knew I was going to have no problems.
Again I can't fault them as goods received very quickly and as always the quality of there products is very good!
I am a hash lover mostly and can highly recommend the jet fuel!

Spot on - always dubious when ordering this type of stuff so wasn’t expecting it to be as good as it was… best I’ve had from any vendor so far! Fast delivery too and discreet; top notch!
