Gone from GREAT COMPANY to ABSOLUTE P*SS TAKE in one move.. Then finally apologised

Well, looks like I'm in the same boat as others here!..
I placed a pre-order for smalls on the 25th April for despatch by 3rd may. I emailed customer service at the close of business on that date as I hadn't received a despatch notice and also had noticed on the website that the projected pre-order dispatch date had changed to 10th may.. 😮😡
As this was on Friday evening before the bank holiday, unsurprisingly I had to wait until the Tuesday to receive the generic auto response saying 'query received, we're working through emails, bank holiday backlog, we'll be with you asap, etc..' The next day I get another generic email saying much the same garb, and that I should reply to that email stating my name, order number and email address in order for them to deal with my enquiry. 🤷‍♂️ Unfortunately I skim read that email due to its generic nature and didn't fully pick up on the frankly ridiculous stipulation to respond to it with the details that they pertinently already had before they could help, and I paid the lack of genuine response little mind, as surely in a couple more days my order would of course be shipped anyway, right!?!
Wrong, of course! So now, a week later, again it's the close of business on the Friday (now the 10th may), and still no dispatch notification or customer service response. So I check back through the previous generic responses, clock the obviously time-wasting request to respond with my aforementioned details and proceed to do so, along with more words of complaint.
It's now the weekend of course, so no reply again until next week, Tuesday once more, and the same generic spiel 'working through the emails, will reply asap..' only now there's the added point that unlike before, it is now suddenly 'possible to cancel your order on the website, simply log into your account and veiw your orders, etc.'
Except when I try to log in to my account, either I can't remember the password, or as I suspect I don't actually have an account as it's never been necessary to create one to order.. And when I click 'forgotten my password' and enter my email, the screen just resets, it doesn't say 'email sent' or 'no account for that email found' it's just useless.
Whereas I CAN veiw my order summary online through the link in the original order confirmation, I cannot cancel it there! And indeed, I don't want to cancel it, I want it to be bloody delivered!
So yeah, on the eve of two weeks since it was supposed to ship, three weeks after I placed the order I have nothing, no product, no shipping notification, no explanation, no genuine response, no apology, no refund, no way of logging in or cancelling, and absolutely no faith in this clown show of a company, who up until this point really had been good as gold!
So yeah SHAME ON YOU Graded Green, I except there may be complications in the supply chain, but to not reach out to explain and apologise as such, to not respond to my emails for nearly two weeks now..
Well it's nothing short of a straight up p*ss take!!!!
And here we are 👎👎👎👎👎

Update 17/5/24
So the day after writing the above, today, two weeks late, I have received the despatch/shipping notification, so it is now ostensibly/apparently on its way..

Further Update:
Order received the next day..
Including 2g of complimentary charas hash with an apology printed on the label!

Dont make "Pre Order" available

Dont make "Pre Order" available

My recent order hasnt been sent or refunded now for nearly 3 weeks.

Have emailed endless times or to be replied with generic email replies with zero help.

There is no option to cancel your order in your account pike they mention you to do so.

Currently out of pocket and with no product.

Wont be using again.

AVOID - possibly gone bust but will take money anyway

I’ve previously written good reviews for this site , I’ve tried to look on here to remove it.
I also reordered but it’s not been sent when promised and I’ve not even heard off them, yet they’ve taken my money. I’ve also emailed and had no actual response to my complaint. Last time I’ll use them as this is poor , especially as I’m a loyal customer.

Per ordered off this site end of April…

Per ordered off this site end of April for dispatch the 3rd of may, they emailed me last week telling me it was prioritised and would be dispatched that day latest next day still had nothing an they havnt even got the decency to answer my emails. I’ve been using these a while and never had a problem until this pre order an it has put me off ordering from them again

I preordered some smalls from them…

I preordered some smalls from them nearly 6 months ago. They charged me, I paid, then never received the order or my money back. I emailed about 10 times, got replies but no one ever did anything about it. First review of anything I’ve ever written. It’s only cause I’m still pissed off they ignored me, maybe they’ll listen to this? Haha

I have Multiple (chronic pain) autoimmune and autoinflammatory, incurable diseases. I am in pain 24/7 from my scalp to the soles of my feet. These diseases are incredibly difficult to manage. Using Graded Greens products has been a game changer. Allowing me to live independently disabled. It has reduced the time it would have taken for me to get to this point, if at all.

Terrible customer service

They got an order wrong sent me completely different product to what I ordered , wasn’t very happy with the quality of what was sent so I tried emailing them at it was an absolute nightmare! They hardly respond and claim to be having email problems , after about a month it looked like they were going to resolve the issue and they asked me if I wanted refund or resend , I’ve replied multiple times but have never heard back from them . Very frustrating experience and their CBD isn’t worth the hassle should something go wrong .

Terrible communication

Has been over a month since I ordered.
No response to any of my emails. if there are any issues with your order they will not refund you, or even respond to your emails.
