Axel was a tremendous help. He was able to answer all of my questions and was patient with me while I was trying to figure the system out.

Axel logged on to a Zoom call with me so I could share my screen to show him my issues more easily. He was so helpful and very knowledgeable about the program! He walked me through the fixes that I needed, and he explained how I could communicate with staff and parents more easily.

Gradelink did not meet our needs. We were told it could be customized to our adult learners. We are a vocational school. But it did not work well. The Gradelink staff did not help much. The sales person deceived us

GradeLink occasionally experiences technical difficulties.
I would like that the session closes upon logout rather than remaining open and directing you to an error page when pressing a button.

Having numbers next to each student's name will be especially useful at the beginning of the year so I can keep track of how many students I have in each class, as I teach seven different classes.

Great product, easy to use, would like simpler synching with Google Classroom, otherwise, very satisfied.

Attendance was easy to put on gradelink. Missing assignments were easy to track on gradelink.

Reliable, good communication. I like Gradelink's support! Even if I can't speak to a person when I call, someone will call me back. There are a few things I would love to have tweaked, but software isn't my level of expertise, but I have suggestions that I did email.

I can't always log on. It'll take many tries at times. The parents of children are constantly emailing me because they cannot access their accounts. I spend more time sending the content individually because Gradelink is now working.
