It has been a month since I paid. Nothing. My emails are completely ignored. Definitely a fraud website!

SCAM ????? Everything went wrong. Very expensive, no deliver, no reply or support whatsoever. RUN !!! One more thing. My payment card data was also stolen in the process....

Round crooks. No any connection - they do not respond neither calls nor emails. We did not receive ordered plants. We did not receive refund. 1km away from these scammers.

What a fraudulent company. Stay away from them and do not buy anything from them. They will charge your credit card but they will never send you any invoice or purchase confirmation. Of course, you will never get any package either. If you try to call them, no one will answer you. If you send them an email you will receive no reply. I called my credit card company and report gradinamax.hr, but in order to process any refund the credit card company needs 120 days wait period and detailed description of what you have purchased from them. Try to remember those details when you write email to your credit card company. Anyways, warm recommendation do not buy anything from them.

Do not order anything from this website. They say delivery in 48 hours. It has been 3 weeks. No reply to my messages regarding my order. How can this website still be online is beyond me (just shows how good our regulations are on doing business).

Scammy. Never got the items, they don't reply to mails. You can't leave a review, they are all fake.

Terrible service, they do not respond to messages, I've tried email and chat. I placed my order on 2 September, still have not received it. All my enquiries have remained unanswered.

I ordered 32 strawberry plants, ALLLL of them came rotted. It was black, smelled terrible. I could not save 1! It took them 2 weeks to ship out my order and I got NO confirmation email after ordering. I wrote to them and they always reply the same sentence. “We will refund your money in the NEAR FUTURE”
One month passed and I did not get my money back! They stole my money. They only send rotted seedlings and strawberry plants. It’s a SCAM!! Don’t order anything

Do not deal with them, 1 month ago I recieved 5 kind of roses for my garden.
They arrived dead after 2 weeks now I need to make a courtcase.
They are a Romanian company and my advice is stay away from them.
They are also gradinamaxbg gradinamaxhr and so on.
Plus the courier they are using is the wors in Europe.

Actual scammers. The plants delivered are of terrible quality, about half of them are dead. Their complaints form is not working, doesn't seem like the e-mail provided exists either. Appears to be a company that only operates in Poland, but has websites all over Europe and supposedly has an address in every one of those countries, but they don't. Neither do they have any support staff for the countries they are servicing. Absolute trash of a company, especially for the price they charge.

terrible experience. I ordered some products through their .ro website. After 1 month, time in which nobody answered to my emails or contact attempts through facebook, I receive notification that the product has been shipped. Now that I don't need it anymore and it ruined a birthday present. On top of that, the courier tracking shows that is coming from Krakow.

At this point, I just want a refund, not interested in the product anymore.

I had a terrible experience with Gradinamax. They send the worst seedlings, often tiny and dried out, straight from poor-quality plugs. Many plants arrived already dead or didn’t arrive at all! Their customer service is unresponsive, and they refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes.

If you value your money and time, stay away from this scam company. I strongly advise against ordering from them!

Very slow delivery of a few bags of vegetable/garden seeds. Over a month delivery time even though all the product was avaiable on their website. And very poor response time from Them. Will not recommend Them. Seems a bit like a scam also because the paying process by card through the website is un trustworthy.

This company has websites in several languages that look like local sites --they are not. It's a polish company, or to be more exact group of scammers that take your money and then write a few emails promising to send something, and never do. I made my order on their site on 19.12.2024, received online confirmation and expected to receive order within 10 days. In 10 days I asked where my order is, I received a reply, that it's a holiday season, and my order will be sent out the next week. The next week I asked where my order is, I received another reply that an order will be shipped out next week. After that they stopped replying. So it's been 6 weeks and no shipment and no replies and minus 150 euros for me. Do not be foolish and order anything from GradinaMax no matter how local their websites sound! And you will not find any phone numbers or real addresses for them (of course!!)

I would not recommend to buy from them. Online pictures of plants looks very good but in reality they delivered very late (like more than a month after order), and quality was very average, some just dead. No money back. Delivery happened from Poland.

This company is scam and cheaters. They sell through internet. We placed an order and they could not deliver it for more than 1 month. We did not want to wait any longer and demanded a refund. We did it several times and they confirmed it only after our threatening to go to the police. But we did not get any money until now. I just don't not know what to do with them. The phone number on their website gradinamax.hr is not actual. Avoid this cheaters!
