They have beautiful things at very good prices.
Unfortunately UPS mishandled a delivery to me for several items I bought for vacation and they did not arrive .
Grae Cove refunded to me very promptly.
I will certainly buy from them again.

OK quality, bad customer support
I do like the design of the items but I have had a few problems with the brands.
1. The threading of one of the shirts is already coming undone after 1 cold wash
2. I received completely the wrong item (a shirt instead of shorts). I contacted the brand repeatedly and got no response. I even said I would be in HK for holidays and would not mind to visit any of the shops to adjust my order. I am stuck with an item I did not want instead of the one I wanted.
Mistakes are fine, but I received no answer to rectify this mistake even after 3 solicitations.

So sad
So sad. Bought the Malia crop top and midi skirt. Button fell off on shirt first wash. After corresponding with Grae Cove, they will not send a new button with matching thread, they will not send a new top, or a new outfit. They offered me cash! And not enough cash to buy a replacement! Such a huge disappointment in the quality of the clothes and customer service.

I have not had the best luck ordering…
I have not had the best luck ordering products from China. Usually they are too small and bad quality. I did not realize when I ordered that this that it was coming directly from China. I should have read the company description. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received my order. Excellent quality and the size was perfect!

Sizing is random
Sizing is random. One dress was to small, one ok and one was to big. Lol. It’s true! One dress had a seam ripping at shoulder when I took it out of pkg. Took a few weeks for the pkg to arrive as it comes from China. Did not like that they are made in China. Wouldn’t have ordered if I had know that. In the end I got my money refunded and did not have to return the clothes. Won’t order from them again
