Pay below average wage...insulting rates..should be shut down

First, this is not a clothing company but an outfit which claims to put people in touch with each other for small jobs. I have tried to use them for gardening, cleaning, etc. They offer many kinds of trade people.

Their site is very confusing and if you make a mistake they take your money but you can’t correct your mistake. There is absolutely no customer service so it is my opinion that they are pretty much exactly the same as a scam.

Only once has a person actually turned up for work. They take the fee, I get nothing. Scam me once… scam me twice?

Complete cowbows , don't pay , waste time and worste customer service ever , AVOID AVOID

Wow where to start very rude staff member KATE wasted all my weekend with a job they couldnt sort out think best advise is for people to avoid this website.

Should be careful , some grafters are unreliable, they can non show up then block you. Or they can ask to wait him
2 days then non show up and to tell some lie. The company represent Kate can’t deal with customers at all. Non professional.

It seems like a good idea on paper. I had a reasonably unskilled day's work for someone. I didn't need a building firm and their associated costs.
This is where grafternow.com comes into it - they put you in touch with someone wanting that day's work. It seemed a simple process and you'd think that their available work force will have been vetted. Having never used this service before I was a little cynical, but went ahead with purchasing the materials (£160). Now l only needed their guy to turn up. With a one star review (l couldn't award zero) it won't come as a surprise to hear that nobody came.
