Never received funds for selling my shoes
I sold shoes on grailed.com. after I shipped the shoes, they closed my account and refused to pay me the funds. I never received the shoes back either. Even if they decide to close the account, they should send the funds that they promised and not keep it to themselves. Please be aware before doing business with this company.

Unfortunately my order got lost in shipping. Tracking located it to its last distribution center checkpoint but the item hadn't moved in weeks. Customer service @ Grail was very helpful with contacting the seller. There was no easy way to directly contact the seller myself. I found that to be a bit odd. Regardless, A refund was issued from Grail to resolve the lost order. Communication between Grail staff was quick, understanding, and very accommodating.

Was incredibly difficult to get refund. Had a video of me opening box, the shoes were the wrong shoes (Jordan’s when I ordered Rick Owen’s), shoes were fakes of the wrong shoes (said Air Iordan), and the seller admitted in Grailed chat that he sent the wrong shoes — but still wasn’t able to get refund ($600!!!) for 3 months and only after dealing with 2 diff service dudes, response times of >1week average per, and being told I should imminently receive a refund only to have to reach out again after a month.

I recently had an issue with an order on Grailed that turned into a pretty stressful situation for me — the package was never delivered, the tracking wasn’t updating, and the seller stopped responding. I contacted Grailed support, and I’m genuinely impressed with how professionally and kindly they handled everything.
The support team was patient, attentive, and very responsive. They kept me updated throughout the process, reached out to the seller on my behalf, and when it became clear the seller wasn’t cooperating, they stepped in and resolved the situation quickly. They processed my refund without any hassle and explained every step clearly.

Seller did not ship item and grailed did not uphold their 7 day refund policy. It took over 2 weeks for grailed to issue a refund.
Tried multiple orders
I ordered boots once and tried to cancel the day after due to import chargers. The seller tried to cancel and he couldn’t. Support took 2-3 business days to reply to each email & don’t have a phone number. After frustration the seller sent the item anyway because he got tired of waiting, and Grailed ended up telling me much after the fact to try and return it. After having to pay import fees…
My 2nd order the seller was amazing and had flawless communication and transparency. Because of this I was positive that I made a mistake and Grailed is actually a good platform with good sellers.
So then I made a 3rd order for boots where the seller misrepresented the item. I took pictures immediately and I asked Grailed to help two weeks ago. Today they finally gave me a return label after sending them info a 2nd time — I already sent them pictures and an email detailing everything two weeks ago. Please use eBay & Poshmark instead. They’re always amazing with customer support.
