Michael ordered an item which explained the listing explained was on preorder for January.

Michael never took the time and care to read this, which is normally not an issue as a customer will write a polite email asking for an update.

Michael couldn’t do this and decided he would do the passive aggressive- you haven’t sent my item act. Ofcorse we had not sent the item as it was due to be sent.

Even better, Michael decided he "was told it would be delivered in 2-4 days” I am the sole manager of communications and no one told Michael it would be 2 - 4 days.

1. Does not read the listing so does not know its a preorder.
2 Sends a passive aggresive email about why he has not got the item.
3 Makes up that someone told him it would get the item in 2 - 4 days.

As you can imagine I have no interest in dealing with people who act like this, Michael was refunded.

Update - Why do you keep changing your review?

I did not argue with you nor do I have any interest in arguing with anyone else. I responded to you cancelling your order because of your attitude and the fact you lied in your email.

The fact you have come back to change your review yet again, shows how much this has annoyed you. Well tough luck maybe you will act respectful to sellers in future.

If you want an update you just ask for one like a normal polite person. Do not whine about not getting your order (which you should have known was a preorder) and do not lie that a mystery someone told it would take 2 - 4 days.

Hi Luke,

This is the product you purchased -

"Funko Pop! Count Dooku 253 Star Wars Smugglers Bounty Exclusive PREORDER"

As we can see the heading of the product states preorder in block capitals.

Thats why the item is not in the "In stock " section. It can be found in the "Preorder" and "New to preorder" sections.

I will now refer you to the description of the product -

"Please note this is a preorder due in January.

Will ship in a .5 pop protector."

As we can see the description tells you the product is a preorder (not in stock) and is due in stock in January. We are still in January, your item is not due to be with you.

I am the sole manager of all communication for Grail Mail and I know no one quoted you 4-5 days, so I am not sure the origin of that statement.

We all make mistakes when reading things however leaving someone a 1 star review without even contacting them is entirely unacceptable.

You could have dropped us an email explaining you thought the item should have been with you and we could have explained the item was a preorder, as shown on the listing.

The buyer purchased 2 items on 01/01 one in stock one on preorder. The item is question shows as being a preorder. As our terms explain we will ship your items together.

Why has the buyer not received an update about his order? Because he is not due to get one as per the website. The problem is the buyer didnt read the website.

I understand that people often do not read the terms of sale which is no problem because most of the time they will just drop us a friendly email asking for an update which we in turn respond.

The buyer dropped us an email asking for an update at 9pm however by 9.40pm on the same day had sent us another email stating they were going to get in touch with their credit card company. There is ofcorse no need to contact any credit card company nor is there any need for such threats. The order was cancelled and refunded.

"Would never buy from this company again" - It was us who cancelled your order which appears to have upset you thus the review. I have no interest in the custom of people who think issuing threats is how you resolve situations, especially when ironically the issue arises from your failure to read the terms.

It costs nothing to act in an orderly and polite manner. If you cannot be bothered reading the terms of sale then at least wait more than 40 minutes for someone to answer you before you start issuing threats.
