Had Grain for years and never had any issues and I loved the additional static IP address you could pay for.
But since I've moved and had it changed over to my new address the static IP address hasn't been added and I've been waiting a few days and have been told everyday the same sentence "we will pass it to the network team and hopefully get it done by the end of the day if not tomorrow" only for me to ring back the next day and be told the same thing.

Svilen was a great guy! He completely did all the necessary work and installed the router to our home and tidied everything after the work was done! 10/10 recommend!

Been with Grain Connect for 6 months, and never had any problem with the internet. Also the customer service team to send regular emails just to check everything is good with the service, which I find is a nice touch.

Fantastic experience customer service so far excellent, got me connected quickly and efficiently, technician svilen came on time was neat and tidy, friendly and answered any questions I had, got me up and running in no time, I had an issue with my tv connection at first but that was my tv needed resetting and updating which he did for me and now everything is working perfectly.

I rang on a Friday for an installation date and wow, Grain booked to install my service for the following day, The engineer (Alex) who installed the equipment was very polite and did a fantastic quick,clean installation, The service is faster than my previous supplier and for the same price, I'm very happy with the service I've got, Don't know why it had taken me so long to switch, I do recommend Grain to be your new or next broadband

Sam H installed my grain Internet today. He rang me to let me know when he would arrive, was very polite on arrival.
He kept me updated every step of the installation, was very pleasant and filled me with a lot of confidence from start to finish.
Left zero mess, and even though I was his last job of the day on a Saturday he wasn't rushing he calmly took his time to clear up and make sure everything was perfect.

My initial view of Grain was positive, until..
1. I was signed up for the wrong package. Thankfully this was noticed bbefore the sgent left my door.
2. Although, stated quietly in the emails, I was not told of a fitst month Full cost of the package after connection.
3. Installation was quick, however not logical and also the wrong cablimg was used causing me to not get the full speeds for my contract.
4. After a number of calls about my speeds and being told the issue was in my equipment, was it discovered that the actual Grain equipment was at fault did someone come out and change it.
5. Even after changing the cables, and reported signal strength being wha they claim to be correct, I cannot get the full network capabilities in my house.
6. On my old service provider, I was able to get signal through my entire house with just the main router, with the Grain router, I basically have signal ONLY in 1 room. Their solution, to buy their mesh extender... very good business model to force customers to buy more.
7. Even though my home equipment has wifi6 capabilities, I am told that I cannot get the full signal strength because of my equipment.
I feel they are the lesser of 2 evils as at least they offer a set price for the contract and their up and down speeds are allegedly symetrical, where most are not.
I am still battling getting signal through my house, but will find a solution.
Make sure you get the tech to check your house and CONFIRM the signal strength and that you will get signal throughout yiur house BEFORE connecting us completed.

I couldn’t fault the service we received with Grain - the engineers had issue with installation due to neighbour queries, so we’re very thorough and clear about any steps I needed to take. Once this was sorted, they came back and completed installation. The customer service was 5/5, and special mention to Liam B - he was so canny, understanding and thorough.

Sam Brady was a pleasure to deal with, provided multiple options for cable installation which was great. The installation was quick and clean, left my property as she found it. She was very helpful in providing all information that we will need to connect to wifi and contact customer support.
We had to reach out to customer support to get Internet connectivity, this was a very quick and easy phone call, was resolved in a matter of minutes, while on the phone!
Overall, great experience so far
- lost connection at 7:30pm for no reason whatsoever. Website shows no outages and unfortunately no customer support channels are open. Have tried to reset, still waiting at 8:08pm.
