Ordered my tga vita s during easter break but communication was excellent and scooter was actually delivered a couple days earlier than expected by a very punctuall delivery driver, who unloaded and showed me around scooter etc ,all in all all a great service ,highly recommended AAA+++

Delivery was quick and painless. Marta was very helpful with paperwork to register my vehicle. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Excellent service went above and beyond delivered in very windy conditions a 3 hour drive to my Dad's address in Lincolnshire. Scooter was as described on the website. My Dad is thrilled with it.

I was so eager to get my cool scooter so rang Grajmax as soon as they were open on Monday. The lovely lady answered the phone almost immediately and she knew who I was without asking which is a wonderful personal service, not received much now. The scooter was delivered that Friday which I was very impressed with. On receipt the lovely man allowed man friend to video him going through all the specifics about the scooter as I was to unwell at the time to be there myself. It was just so great to get such a personal service … people returning calls and generally being as helpful as possible. Long story short: couldn't be doing with smooth sales people in big local mobility showroom, so I eventually took a chance on this firm I'd never heard of called Grajmax. Ordered scooter Friday, delivered as promised ready to go by a very helpful chap on Tuesday morning - and all this at £1400 less than the local showroom wanted for the exact same thing! Excellent communication and customer service too, with no bullshit whatsoever at any stage.

I saw a scooter on grajmax ebay page, it was a real bargain so i ordered it, the guy who delivered next day, owned the company and was so helpful to my dad as i wasnt there, he even moved some stuff so the scooter would fit in shed as i said so helpful and caring thankyou grajmax

A great firm to deal with. The scooter arrived by special courier who unloaded it down the ramp with great care, and demonstrated the basic operating instructions. The scooter looked as good as new after its 250 mile journey from north to south to get to my home. By buying reconditioned I saved around £ 1,000. It took just 3.5 days from payment to delivery which was fine.

very reliable supplier, Marta dealt with the enquiry and the admin side of things and the communication was second to none !! Gracjan demonstrated the scooter and was very informative and knowledgeable , when he delivered the scooter, he explained how to use it to my elderly Father and also gave some useful advice on insurance and registering with the DVLA
All in all, a smooth and satisfying purchase, we are very happy :)
